If Top/the board didn't have indications of interest from their list of preferred candidates before sacking Cooper (which, if there is no announcement today would appear to suggest this), then it will be another masterstroke from our clubs leaders and make the (delayed) timing of his  sacking even more farcical!

Don’t know what toxic fan base you refer to, if anything we are the total opposite, far too passive( like the team) and put up with far too much without venting their spleen.The lack of crowd reaction apart from a minority when Brendan was taking us down for nearly 12 months was mind boggling.

My mate knows a bloke who works at the training ground who reckons it's Potter. Funny thing is, this guys surname is also Potter. Not related. But could be something.

It does concern me he applied for Cov, not because they are rivals.. more to do with the fact they are a tiny tinpot club compared to us. Does Ruud really back himself to be able to manage a premier league team and succeed? or would he take any job in the football league atm?

I've heard from a very reliable source that a certain ex manager is dusting off his training gear to be a caretaker for the next 2 games.....

I think the Cov application was a figment of someone's imagination that got the usual social media traction. File it in the bollox bin.

What actual evidence do you have that he applied to Cov?  Other than an unsubstantiated rumour, that is?
