Not sure I agree. Assuming the season effectively ends when  we know we are relegated, it is likely to be quite short.

I can’t keep up with 15 or so pages form today BUT would love to know if it’s been brought up that the players seem to not like Ruud’s more blunt/direct communication nor did they like Cooper’s “empowered to do your own stuff” style.

Agree. But the fans are not entitled. 
Fans of any team want the club run properly. We haven’t for too long. 
That’s why the fans are pissed off not entitled.

Just catching up with this. Another depressing but unsurprising read about our squad. I'm not convinced Ruud is right for the long term but I don't envy anyone managing this lot. I get the comments about previous downing of tools but at least they put it in, however briefly, for the next bloke. We are worse now.

 

Sort the place out from the Top (literally). We are being dragged down.

Ruud was completely the wrong appointment. Used to winning week in week out in the Dutch 1team league. 

Sure he has attributes and could develop but it just seemed a complete mismatch for a team in a dirty relegation slog. 

Agree its a grim situation but he clearly isn't managing the players well if its becoming toxic. A new defender shouldn't be wanting out after only signing a few months ago. 

He fell out with the board and his own coaching staff at PSV and similar happening here. 

He is the problem and we need a new manager.

No chance Ruud’s gone to walk and we’ve persuaded him to stay. He’s a manager on the back of 7 straight defeats and if he walks the club aren’t required to pay him off.

 

As much as I think it would the wrong decision to get rid of him now, the owners would jump at the chance for free I feel.
