The game management, effort, shape and application are absolutely night and day from Cooper. Imagine if we'd appointed RVN in the summer. Now there is a bit more daylight between us and the bottom three going in to the January transfer window, with RVN clearly willing and able to spend and much more optimism around the club than just two weeks ago.
