Let's face it, we've been due an absolute shoeing for most of this season...luck was always only going to last so long, then you throw in injuries etc.

Next game is massive now though...

Ruud isn't blameless but he gets benefit of the doubt for now. But an absolute tanking is not good for him but hard to recover from.

Realistically this game was gone once Soumare and Ndidi were unavailable. The midfield is simply a ghost town.

I nipped out at half time to chop some veg, just returned to see Danny ward not saving a shot right down his throat for Jacob Murphy’s 2nd and Newcastle’s 4th. What the frig?

What veg are you cooking?

I’m sure it’s more interesting than watching this nonsense!

To be honest, todays match is a natural progression of where I expected us to be if Cooper stayed, genuinely zero improvement today relative to his last game.

Absolutely awful from everyone involved. Not sure how much responsibility Ruud takes for this but we’ve been tactically abysmal today.

We need a MASSIVE January.

Never ever put him on the bench again.... I never want to see him in goal EVER AGAIN

Stolarcyk surely ahead of him if he’s fit after injury.

After about the 5th minute it’s been all round piss poor. Players need a rocket in the week and show us what they’re about when we play Wolves.

To be fair to Newcastle, They've been right at it from the off.

Watch them not turn up against Ipswich

Obviously beaten by the better side (by far) but I still cannot believe Guimaraes was not sent off. The referee completely bottled it.

Why have they not just terminated Wards contract?

He’s been worse than a pub goalkeeper for 4-5 seasons now

More to the point, who doubled his wages?

Just think, Ward might be facing Erling bloody Haaland on the 29th...

Anyone that has a ticket for that may as well give it back to the club now if he is in goal 😂
