Its quite a complex debate I guess, if we can come out the other side of this, king power moved on, Rudkin exiled from earth and just get back to being a well run Championship club for a bit, it would make it all worth it, but I do feel without King Power selling quickly there is a distinct possibility the club ceases to exist, theyve run it that badly. And that's tough, a premier league for your club not to exist 10 or so years later...

It’s an easy thing to say when it’s not your club being run into the ground and now has a very realistic chance of administration on the horizon.

Of course it was Pearson. Some of us having been saying this for years. Vichai’s role in it has been inflated due to the tragic circumstances of October 2018. 
 

He was obviously no Aiyawatt. But he made plenty of mistakes and didn’t really have a strong understanding of football at all. He was more decisive and respectful of the fanbase. But he still put Rudkin in charge and was around for the indoctrination of the sections of the fanbase we see now.

 

Pearson was the man who made the magic happen.

In theory you’re right and I’ll always be up for a protest but the reality is, too many people aren’t. There are too many people who will just look at us in disgust and abuse us when we walk to the ground with banners, too many people who are happy to let the club die or literally don’t realise that it’s going to happen. They’d much rather defend the owner than defend the future of ‘their’ club. These are the people along with KP, Aiyawatt, Rudkin et al that are killing the club. There’s too many of them still and not enough of us. The problem is none of them will realise until it’s too late and we don’t have a club anymore. Then they’ll just shrug and feck off down Fosse Park on a Saturday afternoon instead.

Our fans are more passionate about correcting their fellow fans and proving they are more ‘loyal’ than they are about the future of the club. 
 

We should be doing a Sheffield Wednesday style protest where we dont attend games or dont spend in the club shop until the owners get the message but instead we get 30,000 in League One because the fans want to be the best possible supporters they can be and senior management just see that as the customers will keep buying whatever slop we serve.

The whole thing is just utter bullshit. Licking the boots of the incompetent little pratt who’s killing the club they supposedly support. Why can’t they see it? Why is it the fault of those who can see it? It’s so infuriating.

Its easier for them to ‘keep the faith’ and hope that things will just magically turn around and everything will be fine. The rot is truly set, it was the minute we let Rodgers walk all over us all them years ago and its culminated in people giving Winks a standing ovation last season.

A few who sit around me have openly agreed the club is a mess and Rudkin and Top are to blame yet they recoil when the sack the beard chants start. It’s like they can’t be seen to criticise the club openly in any way

The main reason why we're not doing a Sheffield Wednesday (only protested after they were doomed for admin btw) is because I would say 90%+ of KP out people have walked away, washed their hands of it and left it to others.

Even now though i’d only say KP out makes up roughly 20% of the overall fanbase if that? The club successfully employed bully tactics by banning people for social media posts, as a fan base we really should have woken up then but nope. 
 

In any event i doubt we’d even protest at administration, the majority of fans would just accept it like the good loyal boys that they are.

Completely agree with the first line, it sums the majority of our fans up. There's fans that almost enjoy the demise as it keeps them in some bracket of being "better supporters" and gives them more self worth. The funny thing is, they'd be lost without the club and we are genuinely at risk at this rate.

Ironically they’ll say its us that love the demise instead. I actually hate being a doom and gloomer. I would love nothing more than to be proved wrong in what i’ve been saying for years. I’m also not a perfectionist, all i want from the club is everyone pulling in the right direction giving 100% mistakes will of course always happen but thats life.

Most of the vocal King Power out fans dont go anymore.

 

There are quite a few I know that still go, agree its Tops fault but would never ever vocalise it other than in private.

I’d save your energy for now. The club is up for sale. Interested parties will be sticking their bids in shortly. There’s always a chance they don’t take a bid and that’s when you’d ramp up any protest. You’d burn any energy and as we saw last season, it peters out
