Never heard of the bloke. Good luck to him. Hope he finds some juice in this current squad.

I don't understand why the club are dictating how we should play. Let the coach and managers do what it takes to perform.

Here's a thought I've had. Have we brought this guy in to develop and work with the youngsters so they can come into the first team? We've done this because the board know we can't afford new signings, so this is their solution? Get a highly rated youth coach to integrate young players ready to play for the 1st team.

If this is the case and they've not told Ruud the full story, he'll walk.

Just something that came to me at 3am

Just written a post slating Ruud, but this type of appointment is far more heartening. An actual coach.

Thing is, I don't get the connection.

Where on earth does RvN know this guy from? Is this a club identified appointment?!

His dad was  one of the greatest ever hurliing players

People look way too much into back room staff these days

Odd take from a Leicester fan. It was pretty clear our glory days came from the combination of personalities and allowed a continuation of something good we’d been building despite a change of head coach.

And everyone's well aware that Little without Gregory, O'Neill without Robbo and Pearson without Shakey never quite worked the same.
