Rode our luck but still a commendable performance and I doubt anyone here would have expected this scoreline at half time. Unfortunately can’t see us holding out for the 90.

A bit more quality from Mavididi and we could have had more actually.

 

The defending from crosses has been good but we’ve let too many come in and it was inevitable not closing down was going to cost us.

Sorry pal but Choudhury is a liability in his natural position let alone playing at right back against the best team in Europe. We desperately need Ricardo back or a new right back but the sad indictment of our club and squad his he is our best and only viable option at Right back.

Mavididi needs to use his brain at the end there - attack the space or kill the the last minute.  He did neither and we were completely exposed.  Such a shame after looking fairly comfortable.
