We will be the next Blackburn......:(

Can we fast forward to the bit now where they're winning back to back games and in the play offs? lol

No he didn't, He just got lucky with a fresh Vardy and Ayew chipping in with a few early season. Now time has caught up with them.

Our signings have been simply too poor and on ridiculous salaries.

Enzo would have kept us up because he would have brought in better players. I'ts that simple.

Enzo displaying some of the same frustrating traits at Chelsea that a lot of people on here moaned about when he was here.

Controlling games but not killing them off, no plan B, turgid and boring at times etc etc.. Only this time he’s got elite players, almost 2 to every position bar a goalkeeper and Cole Palmer. Arguably you could make the parallel between what he did with us in the champ and what he’s managed there thus far.

I 100% agree however that Enzo would have had targets that suited his system and he would have been prepared to walk should the club and the recruitment department not deliver on those targets. There is NO CHANCE that Enzo allows us to bring in Ayew, Skipp, BDCR and Okoli. None whatsoever.

So what? Why is it people can’t get their head around the idea that 2 different managers might not be very good.

Nobody deserves any credit for the season we’re having, collectively everyone at the club has failed.

If Cooper genuinely had a say in the summer transfers, he undoubtedly takes a huge chunk of the blame for this, because they were awful, awful signings. I keep thinking ‘why is so and so still getting picked’ and then I realise there is absolutely no one in the squad good enough to replace them!

It would take a particularly good manager to keep this squad up, neither Cooper or Ruud are that I’m afraid. As I say, tonight we didn’t lose because of the manager’s tactics or selection - but you could argue we did lose it because of Cooper’s transfer business.

I don''t think we can blame this on Cooper, its on the board... surely we should have a recruitment strategy to align with the clubs intentions and employ a manager in line with that.

This group is simply not good enough

Six defeats in a row is ****ing embarrassing

people were saying we should play the kids against QPR when it was the only chance to see a win for probably like 3 months

2,700 empty seats tonight.

We are constantly making it to general sale now for the first time in over 10 years.

How on earth did we get everything so consistently wrong after the title win?

They actually managed to salvage how we didn't make the most of the title win with the Rodgers era, then somehow ****ed that as well

Right appointment that we hung on too long with and allowed just a touch too much input

I’m sick of watching Jannik Vestergaard. It’s like having a 75 year old at centre back.

He’s a coward. Makes no use of his height or strength. And is the biggest liability of all time when one on one. Despise him as a player

The only shred of hope we have is we nail January.

But the manner we lost today, to a shit team is ****ing hideous. We’re just dead as a club, soulless vessel…..

Once more, the difference between taking your chances and not, that’s how you smash and grab an away win.

First half we were totally dominant, had some chances where we really should be scoring and as much as the stats will say we had more attempts, Henderson didn’t have to pull anything out of the bag.

Palace came out second half raring to go and we came out like it was a pre-season friendly. A totally different side that played in the first half. Palace score and our heads instantly drop and we seem to not know what the hell to do.

I don’t think Palace will score two easier goals all season, the less said about the free kick the better. Basic defending. But a shit pass from McAteer who then gives away a needless foul set that up nicely for them. We huffed and puffed after going 1-0 down and Palace looked so comfortable at the back compared to the first half when Vardy was running them ragged.

We lacked urgency at 1-0 down, any real ideas and conviction. Palace were happy to let us have the ball and hit us on the break because we simply had no idea what we were doing. Sounds mad to say that the two full backs were perhaps our best players.

Vardy had an off night where another day he bags 2. Buonanotte tried and tried but just ended up giving the ball away. Mavdidi beats his man a couple of times early doors then didn’t even try doing that again. Palace were there for the taking tonight, especially in the first half.

If the board are serious about staying up we need to get two more signings in and quality ones at that or the players need to raise their game to a whole new level with a big mentality change because at the minute this side is not staying up.

I think you need to give Palace the credit for stifling anything we threw at them .

I took fear the worst..Radio Leic Mon nite said we needed at least 4 pts from these 2 games and looking at fixtures

After this wkend ...it looks very difficult to see where next 3 pts will come from.

Maybe the next 16 days will see what trfrs comes about (if any)?

Thought the performances have shown some promise, but our defence is shocking at this level and in this game so was our finishing.

Still feel like we could turn the corner but it needs to happen asap, or it's going to.be way too late.

The Championship doesn't worry me though it's the risk of a pending points deduction that will kill us if we go down

Think a lot of this is bang on, but don’t see us signing what we need, which would be a Strand Larsen type up top and a centre half who can run. That first goal is 100% the immobility of the middle of our defense, Wardrobe Mateta looked like prime Vardy

Just need to sell Mads now to complete what is turning into another shambolic season.

Could have bricked my own telly when I saw people clapping at the end. These are the same set that won’t hear a bad word about the inept bunch running the club.

Thst was fecking abysmal.

Almost laughable.

Palace were sh1t but yet again we succumb to being even sh1tter.

It's totally embarrassing.

If we were a dog we would be shot.

Ruuds added nothing to this low quality squad.

We were rubbish under Coooer and tgeres virtually no improvement  under Ruud.

Let him have his transfer window and we can limp into the Championship.

I feel for the  ones pre match who were filled with hope and had that feeling.

NO it's not happening.

This team, squad and club is not the lcfc of 10 years ago who could fight and you could live with a defeat.

This one is a lettuce.

Its the equivalent of Lizz Truss.
