First half we was so

poor, second half so different, so much better

Fans tend to go for perceived attacking skill over any other factor - which is why you continually see suggested players and formations on here that have two number 10’s in Bilal and Facundo.

What I’d say is more important first and foremost is having players on the pitch with the right mindset - and that might be what some fans may have been missing from Ruud’s selection choices today.

I agree with this and it proper winds me when managers (specifically international level), ignore in form players and go for there out of form favourites

One crucial thing that certainly helped us today - being away from home.

 

Can you imagine the sort of atmosphere there would have been at the halftime whistle / start of the second half had we been home? 

 

Instead, it was the Spurs fans heaping nervousness and sucking energy out of their own players. 
 

So it might be handy we’re also away to Everton next week too - and perhaps serves as a reminder that fans have such an important part to play in transmitting a winning energy that players can thrive from.

Didn’t think we would pull it out the bag today but fair play that’s a big 3 points for us and good for confidence even if spurs are shite going 1-0 to win is never easy . Get a few more players in and we could genuinely stay up this season.

Given the previous goal fests, I reckon the bookies probably made a bit of dough with people adding 4+ goals for spurs vs leicester on an accumulator bet.

The lads need to sit down, look at the table and think, we’re 17th despite being this bad for most of the season. If we can up our levels by even 10%, we can start to pick up and move away from the teams below.

 

We have been so BAD in 75% of matches and yet we’re still 17th.

It's been the best weekend all season.   Our 3 main relegation rivals all lose, and Forest get absolutely hammered.
