Not sure about the rule but Souttar came back to us after the injury he received ruled him out for the rest of the season.

They don’t seem too thrilled about this, probably because Luke Thomas didn’t exactly cover himself in glory during his time there.

 

And they were linked to Danny Ward at one point as well.

I’m guessing that this will bring his salary as a saving - probably no loan fee (or v low )  if they’re picking up his 200k/month in full.

From what I saw of them last season, Hamza is a huge step up in quality for them.

Yeah but that’s pretty standard for a player who is injured to rehab at their parent club. Maybe it’s a cant register instead of can’t loan thing

The Souttar loan was cancelled I believe. 
Insurance will cover the wages.

Sheffield United are free to loan another player.

He was a capable player but frustrating as he never backed a good performance up. He'd probs point to the fact  he never had a run.

On Choudhury, I hope this finally means he’s leaving us permanently.

 

He’s put in some good performances but he’s clearly had some high profile off field challenges, and he is a limited player. 
 

He needs continual game time, so hopefully Sheffield United provides him with that and the ability he showed as a youth players, potentially comes to fruition.
