Transfer are difficult and just because they don't happen doesn't mean it's all in Rudkin.

This is like saying "Collecting bins is difficult and just because some get missed it doesn't mean it's all on the bin men".

 

He is DoF. It's his responsibility to get good players to play for Leicester. He's failing miserably.

but  he joined after the window had closed… and if no one wants to join us,  because of our relegation battle we are now in, it doesn’t matter how much we want to spend or how much we want to back him. And if we do now sign anyone… it will be case of going to  Tesco to get a nice cold Coca Cola but only a warm flat tesco  value cola being available.

Most PL clubs signing from South American clubs in January had the deals agreed outside of the window and needed to finalise in the first week of January

Especially as their seasons are over and you get deals done for them to end the season, have a quick break and then join up early to mid January. Built different we are.

I think what the @AKCJ is getting at is we had extreme limitations coming to the summer window, with the lowest kitty and a points deduction hanging over us, now we're here in January window, players will be reluctant to come an agents will be trying to have us over a barrel, nonetheless we are here due to shortcomings some years ago
