There comes a point when Ruud is going to have to mix up the personnel and formation a bit. We've got too many weak spots in this formation defensively and it isn't translating to strong attacking either. 

 

The more I look at the players we have available the more I think we should see how a 352 fares given it seems like newcomers won't be coming in to patch up our weak spots.
