I’m not sure why he hasn’t tried a 352 yet. Theoretically it would improve where we’re weak - ie central defence and having 2 strikers on the field. Perhaps we’d have to sacrifice wingers, but they’ve been crap recently.

3421 is the formation, it removes the wingers as we have none able to play well, gets El Khannous and Buonanotte as the two behind a striker which is our only hope to win games. I'd put Justin as a right sided centre back for added pace, and Coulibaly as right wing back.
