Of course no gtee he will hit the ground running or dominate but part of team promoted from Bundesliga 2last season contributing 11 goals and 6 assists.

teams around us strengthening, while we dont have a manager, kit, shirt spons. and no sign of incomings/outgoings

if our fans think we are going up/promotion i think it might be time for a reality check

Even if we don’t make any signings we have the bones of the squad that dominated the league last time, what makes you think we won’t be close to play offs besides problems with our ownership and how we are ran? Our most limited squad options would be seen as coups for most championship sides if they were to sign them

What could scupper us is the sheer malaise of these players who evidently don't want to be here but are seemingly stuck. Seen it before at this level.

basically what RIc said, 

its pretty clear some players dont want to be here, and the squad we'll have going in will be decent but other clubs are strengthening

we've only got 1 striker atm, and thats daka

Yeah the biggest problem is morale and it's been our problem for years now. 

 

No manager and the board checked out completely, no incomings to boost the feel good factor and all the dumb asses still here. 

 

It's not about good players but having some team spirit and wanting to play for the club and try your best for collective success but when the club itself doesn't feel like it cares why should you put in the effort? You're on an amazing salary just don't get injured.

 

Hopefully Andy King will be our saviour!

Respect your opinion but disagree, I know a couple of guys being paid to play, they are ego’s who will throw the toys out but they are also ego’s who understand their career trajectories, one thing getting relegated from the prem, entire other kettle of fish getting relegated from it, and they will know they have a lot to lose from it. Kaminski at Luton had a whole raft of bids for him last summer from top leagues, will be playing next year for newly promoted Charlton. Even if there is a malaise I don’t see anyone downing tools and damaging their careers like that, without even getting into pro athletes and their pride

Kyogo will be brilliant at this level. I would have loved us to be in for him as obvious he wasn’t staying at Rennes. Not the kind of transfer you make money from but he will fire in 15+ goals.

Do Sheff Weds have a full senior squad? 

 

Due to players not being paid, I heard that several have given notice and they can leave for free? 

 

Knowing us we'll still lose 1-0 on the first day...

Like when we lost to Hull as reigning champions and they had about 13 players. We were often farcical under Vichai too.

way its going they could be playing alot of U21 players

 

also the way Birmingam City are spending if they dont go up this season, its a failure imo
