Only so long you can 'take positives from the performance' when you have lost 9 out of 10 in the league and not scored at home for 6 games.

Ndidi being our biggest (and only) threat again just highlights how unbalanced the squad is. Not signing attacking reinforcements in January is another massive blunder by our useless recruitment team, akin to not singing a keeper after Kasper left.

Arsenal were poor and didn’t deserve the win imo, but that’s how things go. Our only half decent performances this season have come against top 4 sides where we have next to no chance of a win.

Thought his 1 vs 1 defending especially was very decent.

Good effort, occasional flashes of good play, it looks like we have more direction than under Cooper, but we need more oomph up front and we are probably still heading down.

 

It's worse because there was actually a bit of hope starting to emerge before they scored.

I believe we are now the first team in the Premier League era to lose 5 home games in a row, without scoring a goal.

 

The lack of investment in an attacking player after we lost Fatawu is baffling at best, but Cliff says all is good, so what do I know.

We tighten up and concede 2 a game.A basic grasp of the game tells you we need to score 2 as well and that forward line will not get 2 very often

We can't defend and we can't score.

 

It's something like 24 matches since our last clean sheet, and we haven't scored at home in 5.

Unreal. Look absolutely solid for 80 minutes and still manage to lose. I wish this season would just end now.
