Now that relegation is pretty much inevitable.  Would you sack Ruud and bring in Andy King until the end of the season or pinpoint the manager you want get him in to take stock of the squad he's got (worse if seen for a bloody long time) bearing in mind you gave the muppets behind the scenes that couldn't run a bath to contend with,  to the EFL who will surely bend us over next season.

He won’t be here next season, so just sack him. And give king the brief of integrating the academy into the first team.

Depends on the cost and implication of getting rid of him. If it will cost a bunch and risk more psr rubbish then let it go. But if it’s the same now vs end of season then absolutely we need to pull the plug now.

Not worth changing anything without a change of ownership first.

Far easier to change management than to change ownership.

Try to get a proper experienced Manager in. Forget the Man City tribute act. Move heaven and earth for a Dyche type character and stop listening to all the FIFA computer kids wanting some obscure foreign name. Go back to basics. Worked for Pearson and O’Neill.

It won't make any difference though.

It depends on the appointment, they got it right (or struck it lucky) with Enzo.

Unfortunately, the problem extends much deeper than the manager. I’m at a loss as to whether those behind then scenes are either clueless or just don’t care. The same can be said for those on the pitch, although lack of ability I can cope with, lack of application and effort I can’t.

There’s no point in the club sacking Ruud now - it’s not going to save the season - and I expect there’s a mutual relegation release clause in the contract that mitigates a payout.

I therefore expect Ruud to depart just before the seasons end - as soon as relegation is confirmed.

Given the Rosenior rumours, it seems apparent the club is already looking towards the summer and next season in terms of an appointment.

Van Nistelrooy has to go. Yes the problem is deeper, has been for ages, but the manager is the one person that influences what happens on the pitch and he has made us worse. We weren’t great before but Van Nistelrooy has made us worse. Much worse.

I don’t want King either. I want someone who actually has experience in his job. King has done next to nothing. Probably brought in to try and please the fanbase anyway.

Sack him, bring in anyone until the end of the season and have someone ready to go as we did with Enzo come June. This kind of rot has a lasting effect, it will eat into next season if we don't act now and/or get the right leader in.

Put Ruud on gardening duties as far away from seagrave/king power and let King give it a go till the end of the season. Then f**k rude off at the end of the season.

At this point nobody wants to build again with RvN next season so he’s a dead man walking. I’d put him on gardening leave so we don’t have to pay him off in this accounting  year. Put Andy King in charge - or literally anybody … and then try and appoint a proper manager at the start of next season
