Parking the sponsor, I actually don’t dislike it. Probably won’t part with the £119.99 needed to own one, but I reckon it’ll look half decent on the pitch. At least the white logo isn’t a really obtrusive colour.

Just touching on what I said last night.

Its 10 years since the premier league winning kit. Why have we not gone all gold? I know some dont like the gold but thats another conversation. The marketing, the video release could have been so good using "The amazing Leicester City" with it.

Why do we always fvck it up?!

I'm sure many would hate the idea of that (because gold) but I totally understand the principle of what you're saying in terms of a perfect marketing opportunity. They're probably micromanaging the narrative out there that much to the point they don't want to highlight how far we've fallen in the ten years since.

Imagine the meltdown if the home kit was red, white and blue!

Funny you should say that as this seasons Adidas templates are literally a modern remake on their Teamgeist templates of 2006.

I’m aware that adidas (and other manufacturers such as Nike with their Total 90 reboot) are going back 20 years to find inspiration; I just wish they wouldn’t.

I like that they've brought back the ball but those kits should stay in the past

Anyone at the club has no foresight or creativity.

They probably don't even care about 2016 any more.

Just imagine a world where the club was in touch with its fanbase……. also, this is the same club that thinks it will sell loads of generic, cheap looking clobber at premium prices. I’m no marketing expert, but I reckon I, or most here, could do a far better job.

The collar is even similar. Make that gold, the piping + sleeve trim blue and it would look like an Adidas take on the title winning kit.

The new kit isn’t for me. I think we should try a new company, haven’t liked many of the Adidas kits. Bring back Fox Leisure 😂

I don’t think people remember just how cheap Fox Leisure felt. The adidas kits have at least felt comfortable with decent material. You lads will be asking for Jako back soon 😂

I think that’s just the change in modern kits in general.

Some of the shirts players had to play in in the 70s and 80s are ridiculous when you compare to today’s.

If Fox Leisure existed today it would have to be more breathable. That said, they honestly aren’t all that different to the current shirt material.

To communicate just how far we have fallen in the past ten years, I think something similar to this would be more appropriate 💩

I still have my Jako pullover and Burrda training shorts in regular use! 🦊
