anyone know much about his backroom staff? Guessing they are available too and ready to come in with him.

I think RVN biggest downfall was not having his own backroom team with him from day 1.

Matt Gill - assistant

Dean Thornton - GK coach

I think and Colin Calderwood was around aswell.

I couldn't tell you much about them, but I doubt he would take any job without being given assurances they will be coming with him.

Top genuinely doesn’t have a clue about football does he? Oh Martin got Southampton promoted that’s good enough

The fact he brought RVN with no staff in to try and keep us up proves he doesn’t have a clue with us looking for another manager maybe give the guy you just bought in a full pre season and back him.

If he has done the presentation surely is keen on staying around

First Team Tactics & Insights Analyst - Ben Parker

All came with him from Swansea

Thornton and Parker are still at Southampton

Football fans generally have a habit of seeing the worst case though don’t they. For us, league 1, for them we get 120 points.

In our state, we are probably more realistic.

Yes generally for Leicester predict the worst, with the clowns running this club the outcome will be 175 times worse than you could ever imagine. Its getting to the point where folding the club seems like a favourable option,

If this happens then I'm not visiting the KP again until he gets sacked.

IMO the man is a total crackpot.

He loves his version of Enzoball,  which is well documented on FT a style and philosophy that I detest.

The man is also a 'B-Tec clone' of  Brendan 'the cvnt' Rodgers.  An arrogant, backstabbing, media spinning, blame shifting moron, who loves the sound of his own voice, and has an horrendous results record that proves he's sh1t as a manager.

If appointed we are just re-winding the clock and going back in time to the final season of the Rodgers era, (because we currently don't have the team Rodgers had at his disposal when he first joined, which in turn contributed to our early success' but dropped off when he went full Brendan on us and the club) and we all know what happend then, a relegation, numerous sh1t results, boring coma inducing matches with a million backward and sideways passes and no forward intent.

'Brussell' Martin will just be more of the same.

This is my issue. It's just short term. He will get us out of the Championship then we will be back to where we are now again.

Sorry but if anyone thinks with this squad after it has sold any possible assets goes straight back up next season. Given also the points deductions, you are mistaken. It will be an awful lot harder and we got lucky with enzo.

Russel Martin is not the answer short term or long term.

I think it could work with Martin at Championship level but the question is whether that is his ceiling. A lot depends on recruitment - Leicester are still being linked with older players and all possession but no pace won't work and can be so predictable. We got found out towards the end of the last Championship season. You need a bit of quality too if Bilal leaves it is going to be lacking. Winks might be back  but who is going to break the lines and convert the chances. If Martin develops the youth and we can get a few young hungry players in I would be more  hopeful.. He comes over as someone who would be more inclusive and popular with players but I might be wrong.

I still think there are going to be some twists in all this. I don't think Martin or Dyche are ideal maybe someone else is a possibility but certainly I think Leicester need to make some sort of a change ideally looking at the whole structure and I don't think Ruud has done enough to justify staying on.

I can see it now, initial disgrace and then load will be charmed by his bullshit in his first interview and try to convince themselves he'll be good.

I mean, if he's gone away and learnt from his mistakes then there is a decent manager in there but doesn't strike my as that and will continue to be arrogant about 'his' style of play.

You can’t say it’s not sensible to do that if the squad we will have is very similar, but I don’t think anyone wants a similar squad and Martin is worse than Enzo by miles.

FM Ruud or Martin.

Do you want a kick in the bollocks or take one up the XXXX

What a sad sad predicament we're in

A total shambles of a club.

Top should be ashamed of what he's done to his father's dream and legacy.

It seemed last summer it was definitely going to be Potter and then all of a sudden it was Cooper.
Hopefully the same thing will happen but I can see the alternative being Dyche and I don’t want him either.
