The ITK's were telling us this was a 'done deal' last weekend (that's the one just gone, not the weekend before) so, if they're right it's just about the announcement timing taking contract situations in to account.

It can’t be done/decided surely, Ruud would have been gone the morning after relegation. Makes no sense to string him along :dunno: don’t want the bloke but he deserves better than that surely

I genuinely believe that Rudkin has gone on his holihobs. I very much doubt we've even thought about a new manager yet or what needs doing.

Same people who spent weeks saying Rohl was going to Southampton.

I reckon the club reads this board for fan reactions.

The generally negative feelings towards RM is enough for the board to change their mind IMO.

I do believe that their decision making process is so rubbish they put names out and see what is said on social media.

It's not just Foxestalk, it's the same message wherever you look on socials. Russell Martin is not the Leicester way and would be a huge mistake.

The club couldn't care less what the fans think. You think the owner will do a u-turn because the plebs don't like what he's got lined up?

I don't believe the board has any clue, no!

One really shouldn't be able to say this about any football club anywhere near the top level, but, unironically, we'd be better off if the Board had made decisions based on what they'd read on here over the last few years.

Not claiming to be ITK, but I am Lucy Pinder's gynaecologist.

During my eight appointments with her yesterday, she said that they're house hunting in Great Easton.

Don't shoot the messenger.

Just because WE don't know what is happening, doesn't mean that HE doesn't know.

It doesn't. But would you be surprised if they still hadn't spoken to him? Because I wouldn't...

Daily Mirror reporting this morning that Ruud is 'still in the dark' about the club's plans...

I know its all speculation either way as no one seems to have a clue what's going on.

But given our history the smart money would be on this. I'm not convinced we've even contemplated anything. As a minimum we would of either removed RVN or said we are keeping him by now, even if we didn't have a replacement confirmed. The silence is deafening.

The guy needs some serious R&R time. It’s been a heavy season for him - those contract negotiations and transfer dealings don’t just feck  themselves up
