There’s probably little reality in the Fatawu rumour. Before the season started there were numerous statements saying we had interviewed Dyche for the managers job and he was on the shortlist to get the job. Dyche was interviewed last week and confirmed it was all absolute rubbish and he hadn’t spoken to the club at all.

But dyche would say that if he had failed in

the interview process

Abduls going nowhere, he genuinely loves being here, loves the fans and feels he owes them, he was also overwhelmed by the support of the club and fans during the ACL.

If we dont get promotion, agent pressure and ambitions may start to kick in, until then he's here, so let's bask in watching him grow and terrorising defences

Probably his worst performance for us today from memory but still Kept trying, probably to hard - their left back was very impressive.

Just an off day or had his head turned re a move?

He does have a performance like that in him every now and then which is why he is a Championship footballer. His cutting in on the left foot turns into a goalkick.

He was shite today but ive noticed in these first few games that no one gives him any option whatsoever. Constantly leave him having to beat two players on his own instead of providing the run that Ndidi used to do to create some space

Oh well fuel for the boo boys.

Can you imagine being Abdul and recovering from an acl, running your socks off and seeing fans around you moaning and leaving when you are still in the game.

Everyone can do what they want, but Abdul has every right to express how he feels about that as much as anyone in the stands is currently doing.

But hey, I’m sure he’s on the shit list now.

He’s more than entitled to say this. He gives his all when he plays. I’d like to think he’s as vocal in the dressing room about the can’t be arsed attitude of some of his colleagues.

I’m sure he’s is. He’s a passionate individual. I just hope people don’t pile in on him. Out of everyone he doesn’t deserve it.

I think that's great to see a bit of passion. Wish the rest of the team had some.

We need fight on the pitch, and less keyboard warriors. After travelling that far, I don’t blame anybody for leaving early - and why should they stay if Winks and Co are heading straight down to tunnel so they can get an Aperol Spritz before the sun goes down?

That performance didn’t warrant an applause.

Fair play to him for saying how he feels but most fans are just sick to death of most of these players now. We can all accept losing but I won't accept players not giving 100% and it's clear to see some of them aren't. I don't include Abdul in that though.

I think it works both way. Some players need the energy from the crowd to lift them. I agree some of the players and board members don’t deserve our support, but I am more worried about the message we are sending to the players on the pitch. Support the team during the match and demonstrate your feelings after the match. We have players that don’t want to be here, we also have some players that will play for the badge and more importantly some brilliant young players; can/will these players perform and/or stay with such a toxic environment!

I think Marti got a very difficult job and you can see he’s trying to build a culture at the fans could get behind, but he also needs support from the board to make this happen and the fan, whilst we are on this journey.
