Yeah. A number of small principalities got good audience numbers last time.

It's Sky's new-ish channel on red button to watch EFL games, predominantly the midweek games.

Shite for all the moves but do find the fact they are well in advance handy for booking travel.

It's incredibly handy, can get on with booking travel and making excuses to get to games

Tigers game vs Northampton which was due to clash with Stoke has moved from Sat 22nd November to Friday 21st November. No announcement about the Bath game on 18th October which clashes with the Pompey game. I'm expecting that Pompey game to move to the Sunday as the Bath game is on TV and football is coming out of an international break so can't see the Friday being used.

It could. Good Friday next year is after an international break and we played Southampton two years ago on a Friday after internationals.

We also play on the Tuesday afterwards so Sunday would require another move.

Portsmouth now confirmed for a 7.45 kick off on Saturday 18th October

That means we haven't got a home game on Saturday 3pm until we play Stoke in late November lol

For any Pompey fans reading this the 22.20 train from Leicester wil via an overnight change in London get you safely back in Portsmouth in time for Sunday dinner.

Will that be live on tv?

Not listed for tv at the minute, there are no 7.45pm games listed at all. we've just had it moved as Tigers are at home.

Feeling a lot better about not renewing my ST this season. Was beginning to have pangs of regret. I have work in London on Sat mornings so Fri night and 12.30 Sat kick offs were a real headache.

One of the many reasons I gave up mine as evening KOs are a no go for me re transport.

Nonsense even if the 3 pm was removed the TV will still schedule Fridays, Mondays and other times they want to maximize viewer in armchairs to hell with live attendees. However you have to blame the EFL and the Clubs in the rush for money they agreed to this.

And that's down to the high level of wages that has now drifted down from the PL to cover the FL.

Tigers Vs Bath at 3:05pm and then us Vs Pompey at 7:45pm.

Surprised they've allowed them on the same day. Annoyingly the last train to most places for those who don't live in the city is 10:20pm ISH

Just for a bit of info. This season's away game at Southampton will be the 11th since 2015, and only three of those have been Saturday 3pm kick-offs. The Saturday match in 2023 was a 5:30 kick-off, the Sunday match in 2017 was a 12:00 kick-off, and the remaining six games have been weekday evening kick-off times.
