I don’t get some of the comments, we’ve been relegated, playing awful stuff and lost some bigs players… we’ve spent nothing, got the manager in late and we’re still almost averaging 2 points per game.

WHAT DO PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT?

Give the manager a chance, it’s mental what some fans are saying.

I’m with you, I’m happy with what I’m seeing… in fact we look better than what I thought we would. Good transfer window, I see some balance coming back

Ricardo in for hamza -

faes in for Okoli

winks for skipp

3 big decision absolutely right

Thomas , soumare and Ayew left on the park- hopefully he sees them for what they are soon as well

I like him - criminal we have no forward- not his fault - I’d say he is currently doing an 8 out of 10 with what he has to work with - fair play

Maybe they should take a look at how Southampton and Ipswich are doing?

Y'know, the 2 teams everyone was moaning we weren't making as much an effort to get back up as.

There were a couple of moments where Carenza looked like he could be the man.

There's been a few frustrating aspects to our play but overall I'd be happy enough so far.

A lack of a clinical finisher is a worry but apart from that and soumare we're quite strong/solid in most other positions.

He's had to start from a very low base so has performed admirably adding a bit of grit to our game.

Too early to be going too heavy on criticism especially given what he has taken on.

I broadly agree but creating chances is the bigger concern for me than finishing them. Assuming Carranza isn't a total waste of space, I think we should have goals in the squad but we really haven't been creating enough good chances for my liking. I'm optimistic however that with Ricardo and Winks back in the side, James looking much more positive than Skipp/Soumare and hopefully Ramsey able to establish himself, we won't look as blunt.

As ever this place is overreacting to a very small minority and acting as if it's the majority.

New GK coach incoming - someone he’s wanted since his days at QPR. Will be confirmed after the weekend 🤝🏻

  • Leicester have had the highest proportion of their total shots hit the target in the Championship this season (43%), ranking 12th for overall shots (77) but second for shots on target (33).

Marti get those shots turning into goals please.

I was talking about some of my worries about Marti off the back of the last game on this thread and copped a fair bit back (which is fair enough).

But that lineup this evening is not good. Surely people would agree that Mavididi and Soumare don't deserve to retain their place?

I don’t have an issue with Mavididi starting as I think it suits for Monga to come on later in the game against tired defences, with Soumare it’s frustrating but I also understand why he is keeping it the same as last week as we look really solid out of possession. I have a feeling Mavididi will fire tonight and Ayew will have a decent game.

All or nothing for Marti now in regards to promotion. I’d have given him a pass for this season if Nelson was in defence and the bench had more youngsters on it. The fact he has dropped Page out completely and Nelson in favours of the experienced players means he has to get promotion. No excuses. The club and the manager are banking on now at the expense of the future.

And if we do go up the team will be full of players who have proven that they are not up to the PL and the young lads will be even further away from the first 11 . Will need a new team in the summer.

Exactly. Even if we spawn our way up this season, we are relegated before a ball is kicked again due to absolutely no forward planning.

Page I can accept due to him being 17. Nelson though is at the upper end of the young player scale. And we have ruined any chance he could be of use to us next season if we do go up. Then his contract is up and he walks for free.
