Yep, Thompson been with us a while. Now also part time GK Coach with the Afghan National team. As you'll see, an experienced EFL keeper. He would do a good job, pending AB doing his Pro Licence - though UEFA B is pretty high up the scale of qualifications.

The game plan will surely be for Mads (or Jakub if Mads goes) to roll the ball out to ‘Bego’ and let him work some magic outfield. As well as being signed as 3rd choice keeper Rudkin will expect Bego to fill in a hybrid box to box midfield/number 9 to enable Patson to resume his best role on the bench and so ELK can get his dream move to Sunderland.

I wondered this but looking back, it’s more likely the keeper ends up in no man land if he comes for that.

Okoli helped force Jacub off aswell giving him a hospital pass when he knew he could not kick it.

Had a decent game I thought, good one on one save and dealt with everything else. 

 

For the goal, cross shouldn't have come in and that is a defenders ball all night long.

I've not watched it back but definitely looked like it should've been keepers ball especially as it was a fairly lofted cross. Left another cross about 10 minutes before he should've come for.
