I wrongly assumed someone of his experience would be willing to come out and say it like it is. But he’s clearly just another one picking up his pay cheque at the end of the month with no care about how things are actually going. One of far too many. 

He would have came here thinking his playing career is more or less over…well and truly onto the next path of his career as a pundit. But because our first choice has been so s*** he’s been wheeled out as an alternative.

Whats the issue? Aslong as he isnt missing training when hes fit then what he does in his spare time is irrelevant really? Hes close to retiring and probably going into that field in the future so good for him i say

Not a problem for a player winding down his career. Just wish we’d stop signing players winding down their careers! There’s the relevance. A club in a mess and now bringing in players who are past their best and moving on to new careers.
