She was appointed permanently iirc.

Again another win for the "assume everything they do will be wrong" mob and another loss for those than were saying "it's only temporary, leave her alone!".

Why do we need her and a CEO? Doesn't compute

Her LinkedIn says MD - Full Time.

Also... how can you knock the appointment when they've got Excel and Word down as their skills.

I mean we absolutely need a CEO and an MD.... what we don't need is a CEO and a random person who has never held a position above middle management.....

In the release about the new structure it was confirmed 'Monica' would be staying on.

Good old gravy train at Leicester. Wonder what Apichet has siphoned off in 16 years despite adding nothing at all

That describes both of them pretty much, a short stint at FD and then being fast tracked to CEO is pretty curious

We absolutely don't need both a CEO and MD. Whatever their credentials - we need a CEO + no MD + No Rudkin.

Christ... i've just learned that along with Tony's sneaky promotion, one of the 4 blokes is now the "Associate Director of Content, Marketing and Digital"

Been with us 17 years.... never had another job.

As someone working in marketing analytics, no thing's worse than teams that haven't refreshed themselves in 10+ years. You can see how out of touch they are with modern media and how things actually work now. And this is in London agencies. In a closed in-house setup with the same people there for 10-15 years it's going to be even worse.

I wonder what kind of setup they even have to evaluate it all tbh. Wouldn't surprise me if they haven't even made it to last click yet.

Say McCarron is on 200k p/a (could be more), Rudkin gets an additional 100k, 'Monica' is on 150k on an 'interim' basis, Davies get bumped up by 150k, We've added one net permanent new employee and it's possibly costing us 600k p/a!

We need to adopt a horribe, hard-nosed bean counter mentality right now and we're carrying on as normal with clappers, flamethrowers, beer giveaways and so on. Belvoir Drive needs to be mothballed, cut the stewarding and hospitality numbers, we have to scrimp no before it's too late.

Top will probably end up frittering away all the family money, he's taken us from what, a peak value of £500m down to teetering on administration?

The drop to league 1 is going to be a massive wake up call hopefully ,but if it doesn't  it'll  take administration to shake these  cvnts up.Meanwhile ordinary hard working people  at the club are through  no fault of their  own going to lose their jobs.I can't wait to see Top ,Rudkin, Glover etc all shown up for what they ,****ing useless.

If the club had any balls, they would be issuing a press release tonight to say that they acknowledge the precarious position our club finds itself in, with three games to go and requiring 9 points for survival. They would say that they understand that there is a lot of anger, and questions that need answers. They would acknowledge that there have been serious failures both on and off the pitch that have led to this position. But that we absolutely have to win at all costs on Tuesday to keep the hope alive. That they need a packed stadium and support. And the only way to do this is to refund all ticket holders the cost of their ticket, and return 1/23rd of STH tickets. That all remaining tickets are available for a £5 donation to charity. And that beer will be given out up to and including kick off in and out of the stadium. And that they will be no pre match montage as they let the atmosphere build for the biggest game of our recent history.

and even then I don’t think that would even go as far as they need to go to try and get people on side for Tuesday.

but they won’t because they are cowards who will pretend this isn’t happening until it does. Even though it’s basically already done.

I want predictions of how he and they will gaslight us post match Tuesday.

How will it be our fault? Or how will our rennesance be dependant on our support?

Let chatgtp indulge us.

We’ve been nominated for a football business award for fan engagement for the “goodbye to the GOAT” lollol

Imogen will be getting an even bigger pay packet next season!

All the “GOAT” stuff was utterly nauseating. Are we all 12?

HAHA the goat stuff. Had the shirts on sale in the shop for months after, not even the tifo fans would think of when saying goodbye to him, the event where Rudkin got even more heat from and a night where fans had to pay to have a photo with Jamie.

They will literally give out awards for anything these days.

Or is this one of those awards night things where you have to nominate yourself and then have to pay for a table on the evening to basically guarantee that you win the award? Quite a lot of these out there for each industry.

I once worked in the insurance industry. Every broker i worked win seemed to win 'Broker of the year' every year. There were more awards than insurance businesses.
