Fatawu has come back from an ACL injury....be lucky to get 30 for him Edited 18 August 2025 by goose2010 2 1
Gazza M Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 TOP can reverse the King Power montage where we go from Charity shield win to decline back to league 1. Cycle complete.

CosbehFox Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 You know what’s funny? Sunderland in the space of six months went from bidding for Kasey McAteer to bidding for Fatawu 1

jayfox26 Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 Don't sell Fatawu Abdul Fatawu He just don't like Sunderland.
Craig Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 Fatawu is a genuine match winner that could well cost us a lot more than £35-40m if we lose him. 2
Tuna Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 Tell you what, this minute by minute social media transfer nonsense can get right in the bin. 3 1

We turned down a decent bid for shitty McAteer and will probably accept relative peanuts for an exceptional and promising Fatawu. Having to watch McAteer week in week out will genuinely be enough for me to cut the losses on my season ticket. 1 1

winteriscoming Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 Bit off topic but why do some on here think Sunderland will stop up? They’ve beaten a dreadful West Ham side who have a vastly overrated manager. I still think Sunderland will go down. I don’t think it’s a great career move for Fatawo to go there. 1
An Away Move Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 I’d take the money for Fatawu. His final ball and shooting is erratic to say the least. He’s also just recovered from an ACL injury. There could easily be a setback in a matter of weeks.

Gav_LCFC14 Posted 18 August 2025 Posted 18 August 2025 Clear and obvious asset strip of the club. Absolutely sickening to see

Its a one season punt and hope for the best. Seems the be what all promoted teams do to "compete". I beg to differ. They look to have spent well and have a real chance of staying up especially as Brentford and Wolves could well struggle.
