Very true, and it wasn't just a small number either.

Really really poor.

There was a lot of them with the rest looking aghast at what was happening. . And they are all quiet across the socials today too. They cannot defend that surely.

It undermines the genuine and valid criticism the fans have, too.

And if all the aggression and stupid pathetic singing stopped all fans would probably get on board with Rudkin Out posters in the ground. A peaceful protest says a lot more than name calling.

Bit confused.

Whilst the chanting against Rudkin did cross the line, and the rest of the content here is correct in that racist chanting etc is unacceptable, I didn't hear any of that?

This statement makes it seem like there was racist chanting or similar?

I may have missed this, and apologise if I did?

You could quite easily interpret ‘sell the club and F off home’ to be racist.

I would imagine that is what they refer to given the ‘home’ in the statement.

This season I’ve seen two separate racist incidences. Which is two more than I’ve seen in any other season following us.

Both were from individuals who don’t represent the majority of us fans. But unfortunately I think racism in football is rearing its ugly head again.

I also don’t think it’s LCFC specific.

Fair, guess it could be in relation to that. I didn't think it was at the time, but can see how it could be interpreted.

Anyone get a good view of the blue on blue in the second half?

There was something going on between fans in the seats closest to the hotel. No idea what was going on but stewards/police went up there.

It reflects the equally unacceptable rise of racism in politics and society.
