I remember the Friday night we played them (Won 3-1 at our place- a Knockaert free kick) and the next day we got promoted- they were loud AF that night. And the £1 coins zipping into L Block added an extra dimension to the night too

2-1. Mahrez and Knockaert.

I have to say a massive well done to our fans for applauding their fans in. That will bring more viral attention to the cause. A real touch of class

Not often do I feel proud to support this club anymore but that was a welcome rare moment

Love when this kind of thing happens.

Happens the other way round on here. Slag a player off no end all season and they'll come up with a pivotal goal lol

Really proud of both sets of fans today. Wednesday have been my "2nd club" for about 15 years since meeting my owls mate and their fans have always been top class.

I was also really proud to be a Leicester fan today, I was really hoping our fans would get behind them and it surprised my how much solidarity our fans gave. I saw Wednesday fans outside the ground waiting and Leicester fans were applauding them as they walked past, and the ovation when they entered the ground was heart-warming to see. This great club is being decimated by a scumbag owner and the fate of the club rests in the coming weeks.

Had a look on Owlstalk that I've been lurking on for a long time, and it was really nice to see so many of their fans acknowledging the solidarity we showed, ultimately we all love our clubs and love this sport and match day rivalries sometimes need to be put aside.

Vestergaard was also calling multiple players to do the walk around the pitch clapping the fans and they made the point to also stop at the Wednesday end, clap their fans and shake hands with the Wednesday players at the away end which was really classy from the players involved and seemingly Vestergaard who was the one who looked to be "organising" it?

Link here to pages 25+ which was the moment where the fans entered the stands to an ovation.

Well done Leicester fans, and massive well done SWFC fans.

This has tickled me though lol

Properly zipping. I was in K and a few landed near us. You obviously get a bit extra velocity than a lightweight 2p.

They've always travelled well though, them Leeds and Newcastle always seem to have an extra notch on the volume. If ever a club deserved some Saudi oil cash......

Best I can remember seeing in a league game. I also respect that they didn’t mock our horrific support

The usual "football in a library" got an outing but their obvious focus is the poison chairman.

Probably the best away end (From a British team) I've ever seen at the KP. Constant noise, even when losing, and mental scenes when they scored. Fair play.

Hope they have a good season.

Agreed.

Sadly, I think they will have a stinker of a season. Unless a new owner steps in.

Big club, loads of history. Such a shame to see it in what could be terminal decline.

Great bunch apart from the coins they were throwing in L block. No classy.
