I don't mind him as a bench option. He has the ability to cover at right back and CDM. And I never like to see a local boy sold off.

Having said that, he's a bit part player, and we can use the money. Thanks Hamza, best of luck.

Yeah exactly. The calls for the youngsters are largely because lots of the senior players are crap, on too much money relative to what they contribute and thus need getting rid of wherever possible. Hamza is one such player and the fact he's an academy graduate means it makes more sense to sell him, not less.

Choudhury, McAteer and Thomas are three I'd happily sell. If that Sunderland bid in January for McAteer was legit then what on earth are we doing.

Let's hope Wrexham scouting don't include looking in here. This threads fvcked Amy chance of this happening if they do.

What all of us? Bet she's sore.

At this rate we will have no players left!

We will. Faes, Vesty, Soumare and Vesty’s dog. Plus Skipp:thumbup:

I think it's safe to say I love Wrexham if this goes through.

If they take Skipp and Soumare I'm getting a fxxking red dragon tattoo across my face.

If we sell Hamza and Justin then it's actually been a productive 2025 in terms of selling fringe players/ players running their contracts down and i'l be happy to acknowledge that.

Cannon £10m

Ndidi £9.5m

Coady £2m

Justin £9m (rumoured fee)

Hamza £??

Rudkin doing bits at last

Or Martyn Glover is playing a bigger role as suggested previously.

sell at all costs. Pure profit for the club.

Yes he scored a screamer of a goal against Huddersfield, but overall he was so poor.

Missed tackles , missed passes, and lacked urgency.

Then again most of them did

An imaginary poll of Foxestalk reveals that  52.1% of Foxtalkers want three or four players out the door due to long standing issues with their hair, attitude or failure to 'burst' onto the scene; collectively, sizeable chunks of the Foxtalkers want to reduce the squad to about 14 and rely on the renowned Rudkin skills to bring in some cheap, cheerful and brilliant players for the price of a Pukka pie.  It's difficult to comment when glasnost hasn't yet reached LCFC and so we don't know if we're broke, canny or demented but I'd be happy (in inverted commas, caveated and here just for the sake of it) if we just stuck with our current hand.

Id rather keep him at this level tbh. I liked him when he played the RB role under Enzo and Sheff played him there as well

Apart from the goal did you see him the other night??

Can't really get excited about any outgoings as I am convinced we will not sign anyone.

Came here to say exactly this. Absolutely nuts to keep selling if we aren't buying anyone

Not perfect, but I don't get the vitriol against Choudhury and besides, why strengthen a rival?

Wrexham are the perfect club to sell to to offload our fringe players. They've just come into a lot of money and are trying to establish themselves at this level so will be willing to overpay for the bench players of the league favourites.

It's a perfect opportunity for us, we won't get this kind of money for our players elsewhere. Even getting a fee at all for Coady was ridiculously good. Getting any sort of money for Choudhury with the wages he is on would also be good.

I have often questioned how legit the Sunderland bid for McAteer really was. Surely even we couldn't have been daft enough to turn down what would have £10 million pure profit for him?

He's an average championship player on crazy wages for his ability.

A. They're only a rival if we're targeting a bottom half finish.

B. Hamza strengthening any Champs team would surprise me.

Other opinions are available however.
