It’s definitely a good deal for us, but alarming that he and Coady have worn the armband recently.

 

What’s even more alarming is our full back situation. 
 

JJ would’ve been our best left back but £10m for him in the last year of his deal, is a great sale.

Loved JJ, has been a great servant for us however those injuries really changed him as a player.

Always came across as a really nice guy, always tried - but injuries really took their toll. Wish him the best for the next part of his career.
