I disagree on his best position, he's much more dangerous out wide. Lack of time and space on the ball centrally doesn't help him currently.

Sorry, meant he wasn't involved when Silko Thomas was. 

 

I get your thinking about that being a better pathway for a young player like him but he has traditionally been a 10 and we only have 1 of those in the squad whereas we've got plenty of wingers. MC even said he saw him as a 10

Surely promotion would be the best way to balance books.  Languishing in the Championship with an (ostensibly) Premiership squad is not going to be good for our financial health.

This league is much of a muchness, quality is fairly on par across most of the teams. It’s all about maintaining form and consistency.

I’d dispute both these things, neither have much to back them up with.

 

Skipp may get worse and be a lost cause. This idea that young players always need to play sporadically isn’t based on anything. If they’re better than our other players, they should play.

 

In fact, if you think Skipp is going to get better and more confident with a run of games, why does that not also apply to Monga and Page? Especially when Monga has built his confidence with a great goal the other week, how is dropping him going to help that?
