Already dreading this. I absolutely detest this lot, with every fibre in my body this is the rival for me. Really hope we maintain that ability to scrap that we've shown recently because whilst our record at the KP vs them is obscene, i'm not convinced we've played anyone remotely any good yet and looked crap every game.

Get the reasons for the hate but we have to be playing the players who give us the best performances on the pitch. 

 

If him playing kept players we want to keep out the side then perhaps they'd be more justification for sidelining him, but he's going to make the squad regardless so it's not like we're removing the disruptive figure just by not having him in the first 11.

 

Promotion needs to be the goal and if we achieve it, we shouldn't have any of Skipp, Soumare or Winks in the side but right now out of those 3 for that CM position, he's the lesser of all evils, and offers us the most creatively in the centre of the pitch.

I think I make Cov favourites for this.  We have more quality but they will definitely want it more and that will make the difference.

Watched a bit of their game yesterday and they absolutley battered Norwich. God knows how it ended up a draw. Will be a very tough game, just hopefully our players are up for it

winks has to start. That’s obvious.it would give us more fluidity first half. We seem a bit too rigid without him.

 

the big conundrum for me is Riccy or Hamza. Marti seems to  like to keep it tight in the first half, read the game and then  make some decent subs. I’d like Riccy to start but Coventry are a good team and I’m inclined to think Marti will stick with Hamza and then bring Riccy on. If there’s one thing about Hamza, he’s a more physical player and gets some strong tackles in so we might need that in the first half..

I’m just waiting for the usual- let’s blame the manager.

I live in rugby which is Cov city country.  This lot have been talking about this game for a good 3 weeks already.  It really is their big day out and the hatred they have for us is off the scale.  

Just please dont lose, i will literally never hear the end of it.  Put it this way, some of these knobs still say 3-1 to me with a demented laugh.  It was 2 years ago nearly !

 

To make matters worse i moved here into a family that is split leicester/cov!!  So yeah.....dont lose, please.....ill even clap soumare if we win!
