Poor tactically today and strange in game decisions

 

I'm glad he played Nelson and think Nelson had a good game, but not selecting him in the squad on Saturday - Faes was an unused sub and then straight into the starting 11 tonight makes me think he has no clue what he is doing from one day to the next

Soumare 1st choice at the weekend, but behind Skipp and Hamza today

I'm not even saying the above were bad decisions today, but an example that he has no idea what team he wants or how he wants to play

 

We were 2nd best all game today and were clearly asked to defend at all costs and at Home in the Championship I can't believe that should ever be the approach

 

For the 1st time I am starting to move into the Marti out camp

Never looked any good. I criticised him after the Wrexham game but the thread was taken down. I lost it with him after that game. A better manager would have us higher, 1 win in 10 is a disgrace.

Get him gone. Yeah squad ain’t the best but it ain’t this bad. A good manager gets a tune out of them. They’re playoff standard at the very least. There’s no plan with Marti when you watch I don’t think anyone can say what he’s trynna do tactically. Out of his depth.

Yep, that was my thread that got shut.

 

Obviously the problems at the club are varied and run much deeper than Marti but it doesn't change the fact that he's an awful, awful manager.

The club are heading in to a period of anonymity. From top to bottom The place stinks of spiralling failure. Top himself is massively out his depth. Management set up again looks weak.

Playing squad as bad as you'll see from 2007 relegation. No passion, half don't want to be there, Fatawus Wonder goals keeping them out of bottom 5.

 

Sadly no obvious fix here with deduction to come. Staying in the division there only concerns now.
