I think it’s pathetic that it took those chants to actually force them to act like they are doing something

The interview was done before the Norwich game I thought.

Christ, really?

What was the actual quote on that? Disgraceful if so.

If we're not careful this will start getting quoted as a fact.

Top never said that at all.

GorlestonFox is getting carried away and making shite up.

Appalling interview.

Appalling interviewer.

Absolute nothingness beyond sentiment.

If he was that bothered he would come and do a Q&A with the fans. Rather than arrange an interview with his own staff member…….

What a load of shit. Sorry to be that guy but how can any levers within the organisation even understand what he’s saying with clarity? He can’t command a strong vision statement because he doesn’t have one, nor the conviction, nor the communication ability to help people understand how to get there.

Succession’s next series just dropped. It’s based on real scenarios from LCFC.

Sorry, but that was 13mins 24 secs of utter waffle… he said early on that he was here to tell us of the plans going forward… and then said absolutely nothing.

Just found it really strange and largely pointless.

You can see why king power is struggling. He cant even get a pr stunt right.

Waffles, no info in nearly 15 mins of talking, wants to be closer so flys everyone to him the other side of the world.

Its actaully bonkers

For a start Top is just not articulate enough to be the big communicator. Ruskin or his replacement should be well enough informed and involved in all football aspects to communicate with the fans about football. I’m not saying Top doesn’t need to communicate.

Very fair points— that makes a lot of sense, I wasn’t thinking from that angle.

Well there's 13.5 minutes of my life I'll never get back, I should have stopped listening after 2 or 3 minutes as nothing was said.  It's like listening to the current batch of politicians - saying what we want to hear - that they understand the problems and can talk ad nauseam about them, but have no solutions.

Is the indication that he's already spoken to the FAB or about to?

He’s already spoken to them, but says he will continue to do so.

We all know the big issue the club faces is the demand for WiFi in the stadium and ticket collection at away games, it’s what gets us all angry.

Gemini summary for those what can't be arsed to watch the 13 minute video:

This is a summary of the interview with Leicester City Chairman Khun Top (Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha), which focuses on reconnecting with the fanbase and discussing the club's current situation.

Key Points from the Interview

Khun Top stated that he felt it was the right time to speak to the fans to share information, restore trust, and foster a closer relationship between the supporters, the chairman, and the club as a whole [00:00], [00:57].

On Reconnecting with the Fans:

  • He is already taking steps, including meeting with the Fan Advisory Board, to re-establish the communication lines that were in place when the family first took ownership of the club in 2010 [01:21], [01:32].

  • He admitted that communication had "gone" for a while, attributing it partly to COVID and the many significant events of the past seven years, including winning the FA Cup and the recent relegation [01:57], [02:14].

  • He acknowledged that the lack of communication might be his fault, due to his responsibilities in Thailand, but emphasized his commitment to change the way the club communicates and listens to the fans [09:55], [10:02].

On Fan Expectations and Criticism:

  • He understands the passion and the pain fans feel after a loss, and he accepts the expectation to win the Premier League every year, but noted that "real life is not easy" [03:38], [04:10], [04:16].

  • He asks for fans to try and understand what the club is trying to do as they work to manage expectations [05:17], [05:25].

  • He is confident that with a good plan, the club should be back in the Premier League [04:46].

On Rebuilding and the Future:

  • Khun Top stressed that the current situation is difficult and fixing it will take time, being realistic about the process. He referenced the initial period after purchasing the club, noting it took three years to reach the Premier League [06:07], [06:34].

  • Moving forward, his primary goal is for the club to feel united, with more communication and transparency among the supporters, players, and staff [07:56], [08:14].

  • He affirmed that the club is working hard "behind the scene" to make sure everything is in the right place and is committed to learning from the past to plan and fix issues together [11:53], [13:07].

What complete and utter b0l1ocks.

Carefully scripted, empty platitudes full of PR related BS of exactly what the club thinks  we as fans wants to hear.

We said in other posts and threads that it would pan out like this a  media spun joke. designed to paint the little tw@t in a perfect light with zero embarrament.

OK Nepo Baby, you've gone on tape spouting your intentions, so put your money where your mouth is and deliver now.

And if you do  I'll eat a big slice of humble pie  but if you run true to past form snd continue to fail.do the club a favour and just fvck off !!!
