indierich06 Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 Really lads, you will have a MUCH better time it you stay at home and ignore the result. East leftovers, have some chocolate, have a few drinks, spend time with your loved ones. I went out with my family for a bottomless brunch during the QPR game and completely forgot to check up on things, highly recommend it. 1
coolhandfox Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 Better than speaking to the wife 100% going! 1 1

ScotFox1 Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 Difficult choice between dealing with the in-laws who arrived on Xmas Eve and still haven't gone home.. or sitting at the KP! Both equally annoying! 1

The Guinness is quite nice in the concourse. Would rather pay full price on that than the pre-poured sitting around Chang. Unless you go to new self serve machines which are piped up strangely too close to the gents for my liking. 3

I couldn't make it to the game but listened in the kitchen and nearly put my head in the oven when the 4th went in until I realised it's all electric
squidsworth Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 I'll be there, with a bumper turkey sandwich, spiced latte, and festive Christmas jumper with KP splatted all over. With a little luck, I might down a free chang and mince pie before the main event, and be ready to clap a hole in my KP/lcfc gloves after we pull 1 back from 6 down at half time, then queue for 20 mins to replace them at twice their real value (thanks to the 35% off) in the club shop after. You truly have to love Christmas. I can't wait. Love you all, KP Happy Clapper FC xx 2
Popular Post urban.spaceman Posted 24 December 2025 Popular Post Posted 24 December 2025 Was struggling for ideas for presents for my dad then settled on tickets to the Boxing Day game. After the QPR first half I pivoted and came up with an even better idea that would save me money AND would still serve as a present for my dad that he'd love and appreciate. My present to him this year is not getting him tickets. Personally I think he'll love it. 8
jimsmallman Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 My lad wants to go and it means we can visit family as well so we’re going. I’ll say this - much as everyone is saying they’re not going here, there are four tickets left in P2. Was hundreds left when I bought them for the Stoke game.
Gazza M Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 (edited) Would be nice if he used the Vestergaard knock as an excuse to start phasing him out. Marti needs to make a point and those with no future can just sit it out until gone. Even if it means picking a smaller bench. Do we really need 9 subs? 7 would do. Jakob Ricardo Okoli Nelson Aluko Skipp James Fatawu Page Monga Evans Subs: Begovic, Thomas, Hamza, Mavadidi, Ramsey, BDR, S.Thomas Edited 24 December 2025 by Gazza M 4

jammie82uk Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 I’ll go as I’m only a 15 mins walk from the stadium

Yeah, this place is an echo chamber at times. Boxing Day was always an event where occasional supporters and/or extended family went as a bit of a holiday tradition. Regardless of league position. The PL years obvs narrowed that tradition down as only the weekly regulars could get a ticket. It'll be nigh on full. Boxing Day isn't a day for protest. 3

Okoli is a good defender but my dog can pass better than him. Cant play out the back for Okoli / Nelson. Which makes my think Faes comes in for one of them. uhh.

Always loved Boxing Day football down the City. My first and second matches where both on 26th Dec and both against Fulham when I was a little kid in the 60's. Only time that my Dad could take me as he was a referree in the Leicestershire Senior League so he was booked on saturday afternoons. Christmas 1968 was ruined by the match vs Tottenham being called off due to a frozen pitch. We were half way down Brazil Street before seeing fans walking back up towards us away from the ground. Never got over it and never got a programme unfortunately as they're apparently very collectable now. 3
FosseSpark Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 Harborough v Kettering a way better prospect. Better beer/food/atmosphere/connection between crowd and players Love leicester but they need King Power to sell on now. 3
Tomo260 Posted 24 December 2025 Posted 24 December 2025 I'll expect 0-4 to Watford and I won't watch. When I finally check the result I might be happy to see we lose 1-4
