the real life statue called Stolarczyk,

Thanks. When, in a different topic a few days ago, I suggested he was Ward-like I got slated so bad I had to delete my post

It’s possible it’s come from a team leader of the stewards, rather than directly from the top office…. Shit rolls downhill after all, which may explain the casual email.

Very true, could be something that simple.

My thought was something like this would have a HR tone to the writing.

Yeah that's what I think, we'll be in administration or up for sale within 18 months.

Don’t think it will be that long we are in deep trouble

The madness is that the scenario is salvageable. There are companies like Pukka Pies who are local and could service an order like this.

So what is it? Incompetence, finances or both?

Either way, rumour is a big player on cash flow

No transfer budget, numerous PSR rule breaks, Whelan leaving, late xmas payments and now this. I think things are pretty dire behind the scenes and maybe Top is more skint then he's letting on.

If he can turn a monopoly into a financial mess. He’s skint

To my knowledge stewards have never received food vouchers in first place ..

Confusing report to say the least

The club hired 50 new stewards and only 15 turned up ..

Sorry for being thick, what do you mean?

At a best case. Someone who was expecting to get paid on the 19th has “forgotten” to add stewards on to the food order for tomorrow.

The stewards are queuing for food at 80 mins + ? Surely they are 'stewarding'.

You do see the food staff with bags of cold pies at the end of the night.

Working in construction, I’ve seen companies effectively go under or very near to going into administration because suppliers etc won’t give them credit under rumours of cash flow issues

That was down to the rumours about said construction company failing to complete a job or not paying someone.

As a result the cash flow slows down because of rumours.

If rumours continue about LCFC and a lack of cashflow, suppliers etc will begin to be hesitant or stop providing credit.

I get you, I was reading that completely wrong 😂. Rumour big player on cash flow, thought Yannik was in charge for a minute.

We ran out of mince pies during the Watford game and can't afford to get any more in by the looks of it.

In all seriousness, these charlatans are paid thousands each week and we can't scrimp together enough for a few food vouchers for the stewards?  It's a total disgrace.

The “explanation” is in the WBA boycott thread, they weren’t factored in to calculations apparently. Maybe the, “cough”, co-ordinator, thought it wasn’t a night match :dunno:

I suggest a hearty rendition of “Who under-ordered pies, who under-ordered pies, you tight b*****ds, you tight b******ds, you under-ordered pies” in support of our starving Stewards.
