Clever Fox Posted 17 January Posted 17 January Our lack of pace in the centre of attack is embarrassing. 2
theessexfox Posted 17 January Posted 17 January The last game I managed to catch was Derby away so I’ve got a weird perception that we’re perhaps the best team in the country. 1

He was caught out of position and rather than bust a gut getting back he just goes for a leisurely stroll. Really starting to hate the guy
LE3_Fox Posted 17 January Posted 17 January We are using our weakness as a strength. When they ship forward to target Thomas, they give Mav the space to break, like he just did then. Smart tactic, presumably from Marti and the staff. 1

They're arms and legs. Just look at the things coming from people's bodies. There'll be thousands there. 1
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 17 January Posted 17 January This looks like one of the few occasions where we’ve actually prepared and have a clear and effective game plan 1
StanSP Posted 17 January Posted 17 January Ayew could have ran through the middle and dragged defenders away. Instead drops back for Mavididi where Thomas could be. Nonsense football. 4

CrispinLA in Texas Posted 17 January Posted 17 January The cov crowd looks miserable....like they weren't expecting to be a goal down

Really starting to hate the guy Yea, the way Thomas was just sauntering back after getting himself wildly out of position (even after repeatedly losing the ball and inviting pressure) there, is the epitome of the complacency at the club. I don't think he's that bad of a player. He just needs manhandling to one side and a serious rocket putting up him.

TheGoldenGod Posted 17 January Posted 17 January So far I'm really impressed with what we've been about defensively!
justfoxes Posted 17 January Posted 17 January This really shows we’re missing a proven goal scoring striker we’re just not making the possession count as we should be !

Really starting to hate the guy He just switches off, it’s the only explanation… his around awareness of what is going on is terrible. He’s a completely reactionary defender, but he’s always about 8 minutes behind everyone else…..
Finnegan Posted 17 January Posted 17 January Watching us play those balls in behind with Ayew running at a speed Vestergaard would find trivial is so upsetting. 1
Mickyblueeyes Posted 17 January Posted 17 January We are still doing the same crap that has costs us previously and leaving massive gaps on the right side of defence.
