would certainly deal with the toxic behaviour within the camp - its a yes from me!

Or maybe Kingy running it with Pearson in like an advisory role?

Pearson and Walsh put together players that went on to do incredible things, as others have said before the combination of the two was brilliant at building a side and creating a great team spirit, but I think Pearson may struggle coming into this team. To get us through the season it may need someone who can tactically use what we have to get a result by any means.

And got sacked after 1 win in 8 and bottom of the table

My point was, KP hired him again after the infamous video, so the video is not relevant which is what the original post was about

@StriderHiryu

Wonder if you guys could touch on this on the next show? Honestly think this would be great for the fanbase and club. @foxtrotoscar

@Ric Flair

There's going to be a few shows in the next few days on BTG.

Tonight we are going to lok at why Marti failed in terms of his team setup and selections, and as part of that we will look at who comes next. We will also touch on the Top interview, though there will be a show dedicated to that tomorrow night.

He's got a proven track record of saving Leicester City twice and setting the club up for its biggest achievements with his astute management. If Aiyawatt gets Pearson and sacks Rudkin (if that's the stumbling block to Nigel saying yes) in one fell swoop he would reclaim alot of good will for his people.

Everyone knows the task.

25/26 - Survive relegation

26/27 - Make the playoffs

27/28 - Promotion

28/29 - Even if not promoted by now, the club will be in a hell of a lot better position in terms of squad, wage bill, finances, footballing operations than we are currently

As far as I'm concerned he is the only candidate to unify the club and change the entire atmosphere. Even if things didn't immediately improve, everyone would trust he would come good in time.

Let’s get real folks the answer has to be no simply because he is unlikely up to it. Going back rarely if ever works. We need to be moving forward not dreaming of past successes. Many romanticise over his period in charge which was a different age football has moved on and so should we.

People praising Fryatt, Kingy taking over, nostalgia for Pearson.... really getting ready for the third division eh.

Dear oh dear. Still bitter after 10 years that Pearson >>>> Mardy Martin.

Er, Pearson was the manager when we won the third division no?

Rudkin likes a manager he can control and wont make too many demands to the board. Perhaps explain why so many decent manager have turned us down.  BBC RL pretty much said Pearson wouldn't fit Rudkins criteria.

If moving on means another Spanish fraud or some other sideways and backwards playing clown who talks about footballing philosophy and the importance of building from the back to find solutions, then take me back to a different age when football was good! Get players forward quickly, get the ball in the box, shoot, its not hard. Spend more time shooting but when you are not shooting make sure your defenders are strong enough to win balls and kick the fecker out!

Mentioning the 2 words Russell Martin in the boardroom should be an instant dismissal for gross misconduct.

Ideally, if he's up for it, give him a Director of Football role, looking after Kingy until the end of the season, with Nigel's input on getting in a new manager after securing our position in the Championship.

Love the guy but he doesn't deserve to be anywhere near this mess.

He's already got this ownership out of a mess before, I think that's enough for one man.

No-nonsense Nigel would let the players know where they stand.

They'd still leave at the first opportunity but the thought of double-crossing Big Nige? Well you could well end up on the floor, James McArthur style.
