HoustonFox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Coady looks like a midfield maestro. That’s how bad we are 1
Sly Posted 31 January Posted 31 January (edited) Nelson is no better than Faes, Okoli and Vestergaard to be honest. Ricardo is finished. Thomas is getting worse as he gets older. Winks doesn’t want to be here. I’ve seen baby’s crawl quicker than Ayew runs. Fatawu is anonymous. Stolarczyk is every bit as bad as Danny Ward. I think Ward would actually be an upgrade. jim5000 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January 55 minute first half against one of the worst sides in the championship, at home, and we’ve not had a shot on target
RowlattsFox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January only way to get through this is to laugh. Thomas starting postion jakuk not leaving his line Charlton players not even looking excited because they know its so easy for them The home crowd not even bothered either by the sounds of it 1
jimsmallman Posted 31 January Posted 31 January If you think about it, having King in charge is a smart move by Rudkin and Top. Because he’s a club legend, the atmosphere won’t be anywhere near as toxic as it should be. And it really, REALLY should be. 1

Spanner73 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Look at the attendance !!! Im amazed how many are there watching this shi** Happy clappers

StevieH Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Can see a few last minute panick buys coming. Where have we seen that before?
ian__marshall Posted 31 January Posted 31 January We're so easy to play against. Stop whatever form of attack we might possibly be able to muster, and stick the ball in our box and we crumble. There's just nothing from this group. It's awful!

Blue ROI Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Forget league. This is league 2 level from us. And that idiot Top backing Rudkin.
Stopharage Posted 31 January Posted 31 January With the shift that Ayew and Mavididi are putting in, I can see us coming back into this in the second half. 1

beepee1984 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Defensively we are shocking - but that is hardly a surprise when the only fit Centre back that can't play for the under 21s gets himself sent off after 15 minutes. Thomas is awful - he should have been sprinting back when Okoli was sent off to provide the cover, he lost his man for the second goal. But trying to see King's tactics - Mavididi & Fatawu appear to be narrower and pressing more when their defence has the ball I think we are trying to press and we looked to move the ball quicker and play on the counter - but if that is the case why is Ayew on the pitch It's hard to tell with going down to 10 so early and such a limited squad (started the day with just 9 outfield players over 21 fit enough to play and by half time 1 more is injured and another suspended - and are they all going to be here come Tuesday?)
CloudFox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January 2 minutes ago, MC Prussian said: Just before the half-time whistle. Excellent timing. Okoli's going to get a rollicking in the dressing room. All we can do is hope not to concede any more goals. And we're cooked, btw. New manager will have to perform miracles with this diabolical squad. By rollicking, do you mean "spa day pass". There's no accountability in that dressing room whatsoever. Completely agree with you, we are cooked. A poorly coached, unfit, uncaring, and threadbare squad. Top is utterly delusional.
cambridgefox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January I didn’t go today and instead watched my mates u17 team. won 3-0 battled and ran about like idiots. loved it. How sad is that that I’ve enjoyed watching kids ( not like that)more than watching Leicester . 1
