But this is why I think he's a great signing. He's not a Coady. He leads by example and sounds like he isn't afraid of telling a few home truths either, which is excellent. If he stays fit, I want him to stay, if we're in the championship. Him and JJ can be part of a rebuild and both have the right mentality. Let's see how he gets on fitness wise, but we needed a strong centre back and this is it.
