An absolutely typical example of the clubs lack of ability to communicate properly is the first line from the interviewer is ‘welcome’ rather than ‘welcome back’

It’s a small thing but you can tell he almost feels he has to remind the interviewer that he did indeed play for the club 😂

The interviewer is probably too young to remember but really should have done his research.

Yes I know.

He’d have to go some way to knock Coatsworth off the top

Honourable mention for Coatsworth and his lovely 90s hairline, but was more thinking about Goals. Perhaps Rowett should get on the blower given our lack of threat up front.

It's nice to see two former players at the helm. I certainly trust them more than I'd trust someone like Russell Martin.

Here's hoping they can somehow turn things around.

Great to see Callum Davidson back.

He pulled off a magic trick when he managed St Johnstone, to get them to win both cups in his first season.

I hope he and Rowett can sprinkle some magic and keep us in the division.

We are screwed if they can't.

For the position we find ourselves in, if they couldn’t be arsed to try and get Pearson back, then it was either Rowett or Mowbray until the end of the season for me.

Going forward after this season, if McCarron is coming in as sporting director, I just don’t see Rowett as being his type of guy for the long term.

Remember Leicester don’t exist before 2010 though

Given where we are, and how bad this season's been, I'll take him. I'm over the tippy-tappy football idealism. This team has been spineless for too long and needs someone like Gary to help us grind out the important games coming up. Buzzing to have a manager who can put some fight back in this team.
