So what.  Do you think Cooper Coukd get a tune out of this bunch of milksops?  I don't think there is a manager on the planet that could make a coherent team out of this rabble at this point.

What do you mean so what?

so the point I was answering. Cooper is on a different level to 400 game Rowett in the championship with various clubs

I mean, whatever Cooper has or hasnt done is irrelevant, because not he, nor anyone else would be able to sort this lot out at this stage

Makes Holloway look like Pep. Still took another 10 minutes to get subs on after they scored. WTAF. I thought he would at least rally the players but spends more time sitting on the bench than encouraging players from the touchline. He's far from the main villain, but my God he has to be up there with our worst ever managers. 1 win in 11 matches in this sh1test of Championship seasons. To think that even that appalling Portsmouth side has just won 3 games on the trot.

No one was suggesting he could, but he was far more competent at this level

Proper manager, great fit, he just gets it etc.

His refusal to actually make any meaningful changes is pretty remarkable. I do get the thinking that when you're working short-term you maybe don't have the time to overhaul things tactically and it's more about simplifying, making little tweaks and trying to build the players up, like De Zerbi was saying recently.

Problems with that: firstly, he's been here for two months, not two games or two weeks. Assuming he's here until the end of the season he'll have been in charge for almost a third of it, and he's won one game - probably worth trying something at least slightly different at some point? Secondly, his focus may well have been less on tactics and more on trying to improve confidence, morale, energy but unfortunately those things are all still through the floor as well.

As usual, two things can be true at once - it's obviously not anywhere close to being all his fault but ultimately he's been appointed to keep us in the league and we're going to end the weekend at least five points from safety having won one of his 11 games in charge. The guy is ****ing crap.

Dog shite.  Listen to this interview.  It’s so passive.  Statements like “in the second half we hope to settle”.  No, you tw@t. It’s on YOU to have the team come out and attack.  We had to win today to avoid relegation!! Unbelievable.

He couldn’t care less. Interview could easily be a month into the season.

Strange how he's smiling his way through the interview, but i guess thats what you get when players and staff alike aren't invested and couldnt give a damn. Plus they have their holidays to look forward to in a couple of weeks.

Just like the rest of them

sound good at the start

“refreshing”

by the end like a broken record of excuses

I don't think he's had any influence over the players. He seems to offer no instructions from the sideline at all. Just go back to King for the last 3 games.

How is no manager capable of getting this team to play lol

Because Top’s weakness and ineptitude have infected the club from top to bottom. We’re an institutionally sick organisation and we won’t recover from it while King Power remains in charge. No amount of manager switching is going to change that.

Been pretty pro-Rowett, could see some of the good he has done for us but that interview has wound be up. Talking about it being fairly even, nonchalantly stating a set piece cost us again, saying we dealt with Portsmouth and their style of play. Does anyone realise the sh*t we are in and that we should be taking the games to teams, we shouldn't be settling for even we should be fighting to come out on top, we should be ****ing livid that we can't deal with simple ****ing balls into the box every ****ing week

Get rid of him. Waste of space. Give it King for the remaining 3 and for goodness sake Andy just let the u21’s have a run out. Let the senior lads know they are not required anymore.

Who brought in this manager?

Who brought in the middling managers before that?

Who signed these dreadful players?

Why on earth is that person still here?! Better yet, why did they get a promotion!?

You think we could attract a half-decent manager? Rowett is our level now.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the club sack him tonight in hope of ‘galvanizing the fanbase for a huge last 3 fixtures’.  Seems like the delusional decision we’d make.

I hate this club completely right now. Never felt more disappointed and disconnected to every aspect of LCFC.

Because Rudkin has allowed us to recruit a squad with no regard for personality, professionalism or work ethic who are all on high basic wage contracts with no ratio skewed towards performance who don't want to be playing at this level but care too much about their pay to leave.
