1st half was a disgrace, however fair play Rowett got a reaction in the 2nd half but make no mistake we were lucky not to be 3 down at half time to a depleted Stoke side who should have been there for the taking.

Whilst we by and far and away the better team in the 2nd half once we got in front we had to close out the win. Lots of positives from the 2nd half but let’s not think we are home and hosed, it’s far from it as this was a very poor and injury ravaged Stoke side. There was 3 points for the taking and we have blown it.

Mukasa looks a real gem for his age, plays well beyond his years. Mav with an unforgivable miss.

Much better second half from us.

Plenty for GR to get in teeth in to with regards to defending balls in to the box.

A team with no defensive ability in midfield exposing a sub par defence. Never replaced Ndidi

The whole team lacks physicality and has done for a while, Ndidi papered over the cracks in that regard in the middle of the pitch.

we really should have gone and got a big nasty bastard to play up top as well, genuinely jealous of Keiffer Moore at this level

Shocking first half.

Second half was an improved performance. We seen players actually moving for the ball and sprinting to close down.

Defensively though we are very poor. Fingers crossed Rowett can sort that out quickly.

If we can get Jame, Mukasa and Fatawu on the pitch we may stand a chance of out scoring teams.

Today's game - Stoke had one tactic, which was get the ball out wide and cross it in. Hardly ever tried to prevent the crosses.

Feels like 2pts lost but that first half was dreadful. Rowatt has his work cut out to make us more competitive for a full 90.

Pros:
- Should have nicked a winner, but ultimately 2-2 was fair, and most would have taken a draw
- Link up play looked better in the second half relative to a lot of the rubbish MC put in front of us
- Players for the first time this season actually showed some fight
- Winks road to redemption? Showed fight, passion, and celebrated with fans
- 2 defensive howlers but as a unit, we looked better structured
- Players responded to whatever Rowett said in the 2nd half
- Good platform to improve on

Cons:
- First half was non-league
- 2 defensive bozo moments

I don't think many would have been expecting a comfortable 3-0 win with a huge bounce. Most teams have a bounce after a poor 3-month spell results in a manager getting sacked, this has been 5 years of building a very weak mentality club.

For the first time in a while, that second half showed me sparks of what I absolutely loved about the Pearson/Ranieri team.
Good start imo Gary, this club has been a freight train with no brakes for years on the wrong track.

Mavididi has to score his chance to go 3-1.

Aribo then has to score to win it.

Thomas then definitely has to score the last one. I really hope these don’t come back to haunt us.

Definitely an improvement. Get some players back and we’ve got a chance.

I'm positive after that. Rowett has a chance of keeping us up.

I’m the opposite, can’t hold our nerve against a dreadful Stoke team…. Still conceding poor goals. He will do well to work that out of the team.

Mendy was never a proper DM, Choudhury came through the academy and switched off too much. Soumare doesn’t have the awareness or discipline.

Is the last DM we signed actually Ndidi 9 years ago, maybe Iborra the year after? Horrible horrible squad building

He's an absolute disgrace this year. His end product/decision has genuinely been the worst I've ever seen

I don't even recognise him anymore, awful awful end product.

In 23/24 he had 19 G/A, currently he's on 3 G/A with less than half of the games to go.

Much better, play like this the rest of the season and we have a chance at staying up

shipping goals and missing sitters? this team are useless

Doesn't feel like it at the moment but that might be the start of something.

If we take two points a game, winning our home games and drawing our away games, we'll stay up and they actually looked like they gave a shit in the second half.

We've got Fatawu, Lascelles and JJ to come back in to this side right when it matters.

I've definitely not given up yet.

Mukasa gives me a glimmer of hope we can stay up.

He’s the potential to be some player

Him alongside Fatawu and James when they are back surely enough. That’s almost the best three attacking players in the league
