Thailand interview was recorded before Norwich away

Media interviews were planned before the  Oxford game was played

You know this, so stop suggesting a connection which isn’t true

And released after, so point kind of proven.

James McCarron and Russell Jones joining appears to be a positive.

It's ludicrous that we went through the boom of football finances without a proper Commercial Director. Especially when on-field performances had us genuinely questioning the legitimacy of a "big 6" that didn't include Leicester City.

We missed the opportunity to have massive businesses (legitimate ones) attribute their name to us. I think we should have negotiated with Adidias to include us as part of their top-end range of clubs to ensure we had bespoke kits that were stocked in every Adidias shop on the planet instead of accepting the bog-standard templates. That would have done wonders for the club's size and image.

James McCarron seems to have a decent CV and while this is an obvious step up for him, I think it's one he could take. I really like that he's had a big part to play at Man City's youth team who have been extremely productive. I suspect us loaning Mukasa is from this link.

However, it's utterly ridiculous that Apichet, Aiyawatt and Kamonthip are still in their roles and utterly unfathomable that Jon Rudkin and Kevin Davies have been promoted.

Rudkin should have been sacked and a serious CEO should have been appointed.

Dan Barnett was previous commercial director I think?

Adidas weren't interested....we'd have been better to go elsewhere but Top has always insisted on Adidas.

Agreed and I believe our deal with Adidas is worth circa £4m per season when we were a premier league club and yet Forests is worth £6m.

How would you know the financial details of either, out of interest?

The Adidas grading is mostly based on commercial income to Adidas. Leicester never pulled enough sales to make the decision, which is why they did the dodgy deal with JD sport to try earn more money.

No, recorded on the Friday, then edited so was always going to published after the Norwich game

Had the Thai royal family death not happened, then it would have been recorded in the UK a couple of weeks earlier

I have done a bit of digging and research and in my post I did write I believe rather than state it as 100% fact. Now it could be our upfront payment is lower but we recieve a higher % of sales but then you would have to question whether the best option is to then stick an obscure Asian betting company as your front of shirt sponsor.

Personally I would love to see us part ways with Adidas and team up with someone like Kappa, Puma, Umbro or Hummel who’s kits are far better and nicer than the template muck we have had with Adidas. If we wanted to be really retro Admiral are making a comeback next season with Burton Albion.

Wow has anyone ever been on Leicester Fan TV.

I you think Linda Ginnetta is bad, you ought to come across Julie Sutton.  He is abusive and when I try to put my point across regarding our charlatan owners, she retorts that she doesn’t have to justify me giving her defence of KP 😂

She calls me abusive yet tells

me  to ‘eff off’ from the site and claims I am in the minority.

Best off ignored.

We know the type. Won’t have ever attended a game before around 2013 when we were doing well under Pearson and they all came out the woodwork. Will only ever have known KPFC so doesn’t understand Leicester City. Gets to puff her chest out and tell everyone how her team won the PL and FA Cup and how she is a great fan etc etc.

Where were all these lot in the games at home to Stevenage and Dagenham in the FA Cup 1st and 2nd rounds in front of cross of around 7000? Where were they when you couldn’t even see the pitch beyond the running track due to the fog at the Don Valley as we went out the JP Trophy to Rotherham? Where were they in the back waters we visited in L1 or when watching the likes of Josh Low try to play football or Kevin Pressman fall on his arse in slow motion as Lonergan’s clearance cleared him!

Anyone who has all those memories (and I do) is angry precisely because we do not want that to happen again. Anyone who is KP in now cannot have been there.

I’ve blocked them on instagram, I didn’t even follow them but their shite kept coming up. Can’t be doing with willfull ignorance, if they’re prepared to have a reasoned conversation then that’s absolutely fine obviously, but they’re not.

Looks like only 2 videos during entire season.

Where is the research taken from? Interested as I know we don't publish our income from Adidas separately and I'm not sure Forest do either. So is it just a hunch?

Leicester City: The Adidas deal is estimated at approximately £3 million per season.

  • This figure reflects a significant increase from their previous Puma deal, which was worth roughly £1 million annually.
  • The partnership has been in place since 2018 and was recently extended to cover the 2025/26 season.

I see there has been a post from Foxes Trust regarding the results of their survey and promoting the Unite for Change protest coming up.

Your mate Julie is featuring prominently on the comments lol

Ian Bason trying to question the legitimacy of the survey results and being put in his place.

KPFC admin off the undivided FB page going off on one too….

Just missing Linda from the who’s who of KP loyalists

Can we afford this bloated restructure? Does Rudkin’s contract have a relegation clause where he loses a % of his salary?

If Jordan Ayew is the answer, what is the question?

There is never a question to which Jordan Ayew is the answer. The bloke is a total fraud, a lot like the majority of the board and ownership of this club.

Watched this video about Union St Gilloise and couldn't help but notice which club is flagged up as a relative failure around 4:30 lol

Side note but really good channel if you're at all interested in more rogue leagues of Europe.

It's nice to see some optimism, even if I feel it's unfounded!

Mandaric, as has been pointed out, took charge of a club already in a relegation scrap in 2006/07. There was investment the following summer - Clemence and Campbell were both fairly high profile acquisitions - it was just poor recruitment. You're wrong to say that Mandaric wasn't criticised by the fans, but it wasn't for limited recruitment so much as for the chaotic merry-go-round of managers. That's what got us relegated.

But the comparison falls apart when you consider that we were, what, 16th or 17th in the second tier when Mandaric took charge, versus 5th when KP came in. As for Top, he initially led the takeover, made a mess of it, and when he took the reins after Vichai's passing we were a top half PL side which had won the EPL a few years prior. So the tumble down to a second tier relegation dogfight is a hell of a lot worse than the collapse under Mandaric who did, after all, oversee a return to us pushing for top flight promotion thereafter.

I think a lot of fans remember this, and feel that Top fares quite poorly out of that comparison, for all of Mandaric's many, many flaws. There are also plenty on here who remember our near-extinction post-Elsom, the Shipman era before that, and - in some cases I'm sure - his dad before that (even if I wasn't around).

If you think Top's getting a rough ride, you should ask these fans how kind they were to Terry Shipman, a Leicester fan from birth who helped run the club for decades - including periods of prolonged success when his Dad was above him on the board as chairman, much like Top. A period when we once broke the UK transfer record. Fast-forward to the second tier survival battle under Terry in 1990/91 and there were planes. Protests. Stay-aways. Bricks thrown through the boardroom window. So again, I don't think the 'short memories' line serves your line of argument well.

It also looks a bit like you're stalling for time when you say we need to give the restructuring a year to see whether it works or not. Had it been done two-and-a-half years ago, when it was clear that it was necessary, you might have a point. But, thanks to Top, it wasn't. And now we potentially don't have a year to see how things go, because it's quite possible that - one year from now - the club's position will be terminal, or worse.

Of course there is always going to be misguided speculation, as you say, when people don't have access to our wage bill. But one thing which hasn't been misreported is that, owing to the incompetence of people who remain in the key roles at the club, there is a real prospect of our overheads outweighing the club's value within the time frame in which - you say - we should be sitting tight and waiting to see what happens.

Do you think we can afford to show that sort of loyalty and patience now?

Only just read this, one of the best " give your head a wobble " hit piece I've read. Absolutely spot on!!!

The owner had a crucial decision to make with this restructure. Side with Rudkin and the personal relationship that exists, or side with the overriding feeling of the fanbase. He will have lost fans over this who were anti-Rudkin but still pro-King Power.
