On the point of Challinor not being linked - I'm pretty sure Marti hadn't been mentioned all summer until Percy tweeted about him and then a couple of days later he was appointed so I wouldn't rule it out. Honestly I just assume all stories that don't come from Percy are bullshit anyway so I'm not worried too much about the Martin stuff.

We have been investing in management with playing style instead of clear statistical win rates. I don't care how he plays. Challinor, wins alot. That's all I care about right now.

Whoever agrees to attempt to play tiki-taka football out of the options lying around on the floor at the end of July I expect.

 

Martin is probably their most ambitious attempt and the basket they will put all of their eggs in, but he will almost certainly be put off during the interview process and leave them floundering for another month plus. A la Enzo last year.

It’ll either be Martin has agreed terms or it’ll be backtracking from that rumour, no other update exists at this point after what he has said recently. Hate how much this matters and how painful it has been made, it’s never ending nightmare supporting this club, we can’t even enjoy the off season

It is not a problem if Rudkin is not here! I think a lot of time has passed and I would not want Pearson's legacy tarnished. It is a different club now.
