Isn't he more of a left winger?

Thought he can play on both sides, but you seem to be right.

He fits the right profile though of the type of winger I wanted coming in, a winger with dribbling ability who also posts strong defensive numbers.

Still very early in his career and hasn’t actually played that much, but Brighton are one of the best when it comes to identifying young players to sign and develop…

2024/25 - Sunderland:

22 appearances - 11 starts

916 mins - 10.2 90s

3 goals

Goal contribution every 305 mins

2025/26 - Brighton and Millwall:

22 appearances - 3 starts

434 mins - 4.8 90s

1 goal and 4 assists

Goal contribution every 87 mins

If we sign him, Cullen and get a striker/bagsman in on loan, we'll be feasting next season.

Add a potential new filthy rich crowned prince riddled with controversy and we’re laughing!

As we’re struggling for cash, in any format, maybe the prospective new buyers have given is some finance up front to complete these?

Here’s hoping anyway and yes I’m probably being very naive.

If he joines along with Cullen, adding to  McFarlane yesterday, surely we are seeing a few outside?

Hopefully we get to see the likes of Evans, Hutchinson, Carr etc. loaned out somewhere they can be playing good minutes every week rather than just shoved back in the under 21s

Brighton signed him for £10m last summer so must be at least half decent. Must admit I think the only time I've seen him was the play off final he scored in for Sunderland.

Think we need to keep Carr at the moment lack of cover at RW, unless we use Joseph, loan for Evans were he can play loads of minutes would be good, same with Hutchinson.

Think Souttar and Opoku will be gone soon.

I do think this is a really big coup for us

Didn’t get to play much for Millwall but need to remember they were fighting for automatic promotion and they had quite strong depth on the wings

Really expected him to go to a mid table / bottom half Championsip side, definitely not league one
