Yeah, the likes of Earl Barrett, David Bardsley, Carlton Palmer, and Stuart Ripley would have set the wolrd alight

Hes only effective coaching counter attacking football. Might come good at some stage but at PSG, Bayern and Chelsea he was unimpressive when it came to dominating games. 
 

Look at Chelsea in the cup final v us compared to a couple of weeks later in the CL final v Man City

Seems to have had the England manager yips with questionable team selections, doesn't he?

 

Turning his nose up at TAA has come home to roost quite dramatically. Taking Hendo along for vibes, too.

Palmer i agree. Foden has never turned up for England and Trent gets exposed defensively for too often against good teams. Its alright looking good on the highlights reels with a few crosses against the likes of Panama etc but he would get destroyed against a Spain or France.
