This part doesn't make sense anyway, but also they'd of still gone down they'd of just finished above us when we both went down in 22/23 and even a 6 point deduction in 23/24 would of had them still in third

Everyone will sue everyone else....it's pointless

A poorly written article. If we had been deducted points in 22/23, they would have finished 18th instead of 19th. They would get £2 million at most for that.

How do they believe that this had a bearing on them staying up in 23/24 if they had avoided relegation in 2023 which, again, us being deducted points would not have enabled?

It does beg the question that maybe clubs should be fined instead of points deduction and the money given out to those genuinely affected.

Nice new income streams for the high tier lawyers in this particular field. More American owned Clubs involved aswell, seems they're uncomfortable with the permeations of relegation, suprise suprise.

If Leeds do this they are idiots, it’s hard to argue we really gained any sporting advantage given we are 2 divisions below them now. If I were a judge I’d award Leicester all of Leeds tv money for wasting the courts time with such stupidity.
