Chief Keef Posted 3 August Posted 3 August Get rid and get someone with a bit of presence in the midfield 1

Angus Scott Posted 3 August Posted 3 August Just get rid of him. We desperately need to move out all the senior players as their wages are crippling us. If we don't the consecquences don't bear thinking about. Plus we have signed Chaplin & Cullen who I would imagine are on above average Div.1 wages 1

coolhandfox Posted 3 August Posted 3 August I think you see him and a few more go before the close of the window.

Just well organized. Skipp is probably a better player tbqh and will do better there than he would here

"would add Premier League and Championship-winning experience to the Preston squad". It's correct, the and is the important bit. 1) He has PL experience And 2 He won the championship with Norwich. 7 1

CosbehFox Posted 3 August Posted 3 August Preston got naff all money so id amazed if it happens and it it does it’s going to be heavily subsidised
Chelve84 Posted 3 August Posted 3 August (edited) Definitely need a powerful dominate midfielder. heard a rumour of Ollie cooper but he has thankfully joined Notts county Edited 3 August by Chelve84

If he is kept to build the midfield around then no one has learnt anything. We can’t have another season of Okoli, Skipp, Mav and Reid stinking the games. Edited 3 August by Richmondfox 1
Haywood_6 Posted 3 August Posted 3 August A couple of million loan fee, 100% of his wages covered or forget it. He'll be more than ok in L1. There's players ahead of him in the queue that needs shifting first
st albans fox Posted 3 August Posted 3 August Just now, Jimmy said: loan fee doesn't need to beat his amortised value as he'd still be on our books its just added income We write down 20% of his fee (£5m) each season in the accounts so he’s costing us 5m each season he’s here if we get 2m for a season long loan then we’re down 3m on our p+l and we’ve not got the player. Of course keeping him means we’re 5m down but at least he could make a contribution to our season. Add in that we’re probably paying him 2m in wages and Preston wouldn’t go above 1.25m and you can see what a frigging mess we’re in! 1
