Mbappe, Dembele and Olise is very comparable to Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Rivaldo.

I thought exactly this comparison.

Have France actually been tested yet? Being kicked off the park by Paraguay aside. Just seems like they have strolled to the semi final without much of a challenge. If and it's a bit of, we somehow reach a final, I think we'll be knackered to compete.

I expected more from Morocco.

Paraguay gave them a pretty unique challenge in baking conditions and although it wasn't 'easy' for France they never at any point looked like they wouldn't win it either.

I was quite anti them going into the tournament, but even Deschamps who plays pretty handbrake football a lot of the time won't trip them up this time. Spain will be their hardest test if it happens but I still expect France to come through.

I don't think Spain have been particularly impressive.

It feels very similar to the last Euros to me where there were 3/4 teams playing well but always one team a huge step above the rest. Back then it was Spain and now it's France.

I'm sure England, Argentina or Spain won't get embarrassed by France but I think they'll be fairly comfortable and deserving winners.

Just don't, come on, at best we can say he kicks the floor and puts himself off balance. At worst, just be ****ing honest about it, he leapt on the floor in a comedic way. I don't think Harry Kane is a massive cheat, in fact if anything the thing he did wrong was being bad at lying which isn't really a terrible trait in life.

But he dived man, come on, he wasn't pushed. Even ****ing Wazza agreed.

The defender pushes him in the shoulder.

If Spain get past Belgium, they will beat France, they have enough to strangle them

For the sake of football, i hope not.

Watching Spain now is like LCFC with better players.

Give me the attacking play of France anyday, lovely to watch

I don't know about anyone else, but I've really enjoyed this tournament from an England perspective.

From what I've seen there hasn't been the arrogance or expectance (to the extremes) and it was refreshing to see how much the Mexico game felt a big deal, likewise not many are saying Norway will be a piece of piss.

There's just a better feel to it and I think more of an underdog attitude actually suits us more. We need to grind it out more.

Expectation is pretty rubbish, because I can't fake feeling pumped up for a game if I think we should win it.

The FA Cup final and that Mexico game are probably the two games I've been most pumped up for for about 6 years lol

It was an absolute joy to be buzzing for England game and being genuinely nervous (although I didn't enjoy it so much at the time haha). Just feeling something again while watching footie though, beautiful. Felt like a kid again.

People are talking about revenge vs Argentina and potential bank holidays if we win it, I'd say the hype has been a similar level to usual.

32 °c tomorrow in Miami at 5pm, 70% humidity, which will apparently make it feel like 39°.

Feels better to be playing another Northern European side in these conditions but the players are likely to be shagged for the next week, whoever makes it through

I'm just saying not from what I've seen. I see the BH as planning ahead, not as WE ARE GOING TO WIN IT. And we are 1 winnable game away from playing Argentina, it's not like people are saying beating Norway is guarantee. It 'feels' more like confidence rather than arrogance.

I think your average England fan, the media and just general feeling has been a lot more toned down.

Starting to feel a bit 2018, I think the two strongest sides are likely to meet in the Semis, which sure enough was France then - weirdly could be them against Belgium again but I can't see that happening.

Actually think England are being a bit underrated in parts compared to Argentina. I think we could beat them. I don't think we'd beat France though.

Spain will bore the pants off an over the hill Belgium.

Boring 1-0

Sadly, many of the most anticipated games have been disappointingly dull.

The exception for me being England v Mexico.

I’m sure it’s been said loads but the same songs at the same time during every game is very irritating

I quite like that Ole Ole intro
